The Prince was suddenly tongue-tied, for Ivy had suddenly held his hand to her cheeks endearingly.
"Ivy?"
Ivy opened her eyes wide in surprise, not understanding why her body had acted the way it did. As if her body was only listening to someone else's command instead of hers.
"Ivy?" The Prince repeated, his voice now laced with concern.
She quickly let go of his hand and stuttered, "I... I'm sorry, Leon. I don't know why I did that."
Prince Leon studied her, his concern deepening. "Are you sure you're feeling alright? Maybe I should call the doctor again."
"No, no, it's fine. I'm just... a bit disoriented from waking up," Ivy lied, trying to dismiss her strange behavior.
"It's alright." The Prince moves away to give her space. Both of them were still awkward with each other after Ivy realized that Leon had been hiding his identity as Liam.
