Hunting the stragglers was a simple task for Eldrian and Cephaphyr. They avoided the larger groups and all the enemies that appeared too dangerous or mysterious. Remembering past events and acting with care so as to not introduce any danger to their hunting.
This continued for a few days, Eldrian keeping up to date with how the kingdom was preparing and what was happening at Kynigo through the players. At night, they would return to either Avgi or Elomir depending where their hunting had taken them and which was closer.
When they chose Elomir as the place to rest, they could witness firsthand the preparations for war. Streets filled with soldiers and carriages filled to the brim with weapons, armor, and rations being pulled by agimae and sometimes even centaurs.
The kingdom had long since expected this northern invasion, so the warning simply helped them get the timing down.
Sorry for the missed days and unstable releases. Hopefully, I can get back into the groove. Been overthinking on some things and trying to figure out how to correct them. Hopefully, the path I've chosen does so without slowing the pacing.
