I looked outside the window, to the general direction of the vampire hunter association's headquarters.

I narrowed my eyes, thinking of ways to get revenge on Dion.

"I won't let you get away with this, Dion." I muttered under my breath.

I then shut the curtains and sat down my seat.

Then the letters I received earlier suddenly came to mind.

Haa. What a bother.

I inwardly sighed.

I ignored the others that seemed to be unimportant, or at least not much important and uninteresting. Well, not for me, that is.

I reached for the letter that caught my eyes earlier.

That hateful letter. Rather, that hateful sender.

The seal embedded on top of the sealing wax of the envelope identified whom or where it was sent from.

It was from the council of vampire elders.

The vampire elders are a bunch of old geezers who are more like the rulers of all the vampires.
