When we arrived back home, he continued acting as if nothing happened.

So that's how he wants to play, huh.

Then so be it.

I also acted normally.

For the past week when I was stuck at home, during the first three days, my meals were brought to my room and so I ate there alone. But the following days after that, I became able to walk around and so I ate my meals in the dining room. Since I always woke up late and Lucas had university, we weren't able to eat breakfast and lunch together, but we do during dinner. We had small conversations at that time, and I think... well it's just what I think... we became friends.

In tonight's dinner, I arrived in the dining room first.

When Lucas arrived, I called out to him as I did before.

"Hey, brother!" I smiled.

"Un." He nodded coldly, as usual.

The servants then brought in food, and we started eating.

Just as I finished mine and he was just about to finish his, I struck up a conversation, like I did the past few nights.
