"This. . . Is so fast?!"
Givale hummed happily as she soared through the air. The Royal Blacksmith watched the ground below in awe, "I've never been so high up!"
Akiol laughed, "It's really quite a sight."
"I underestimated your speed! At this rate we can be there much sooner than I thought!"
'Naturally!'
Givale landed near a lonesome home. Once everyone was off her she turned into her human form.
Searching around she exclaimed, "I've never been here before!"
"You can take Mira with you and explore while I deal with this mundane stuff."
"Okay!"
Mira appeared in the air and landed with a confused face, "What's happening?"
Givale grabbed his hand and pulled him along, "We're gonna explore!"
"Wait! What about Sensei-"
Akiol called to them, "Don't touch anything weird! If you have any issues make sure to call for me!"
Akiol only received a thumbs up before the two vanished. The Royal Blacksmith gave Akiol a strange look, "What exactly?"
"They're my disciples, as for why they kind of just appear I won't say."
She turned to look at the distance they disappeared before shaking her head, "You came to see my master, let's get that rolling."
They approached the house, one that Akiol felt was off. It looked like an ordinary hut in the middle of nowhere. Yet something mysterious lingered about it.
The Royal Blacksmith knocked onto the door. After exactly four knocks she then leaned against the wall, "We're going to be here for a bit-"
"What in the world do you want?!"
Master and Disciple locked eyes and stared at each other for a moment. The one who opened the door coughed, "Yunil, I hadn't expected you to be here."
"I hadn't expected you to open the door so quickly."
"I have a bunch of hooligans messing with me. Regardless what do you want? You never come for a casual visit."
"I have no business with you, he does.", she pointed at Akiol as she spoke.
The Master turned to inspect Akiol, her eyes locked onto the handle of Stars, "Such craftsmanship, may I see it?"
'Oh not again.' -Stars
'Humor them for a moment please.' -Akiol
Unsheathing Stars he handed the sword over. The Master inspected it carefully, examining everything possible. She then broke into a smile, "Such a level of craftsmanship, it must be one of the Twelve! Tell me, which one is this?"
'Breaker of Stars! That is my name, but you can call me Stars.'
"Heavens, I didn't think I would be able to see one of the Upper Four in my life! What an occasion. . ."
The Royal Blacksmith, called Yunil, boasted, "I managed to see it before you!"
"Because you threw away your dignity for the title of Royal Blacksmith!"
"I told you that was for my—actually never mind! I am not here to deal with you."
The Master gingerly handed back Stars, "Ignore my rude disciple, my name is Grenta, Master Blacksmith. What is it you need me for?"
Akiol dispelled the block of Arc Ore, somehow not surprising Grenta, and answered, "I need information on this."
"Did Yunil not tell you about it?"
"She did, I'm not willing to give up just yet. I wanted to know the results of the various tests about Arc Ore."
"The more proper term would be Arc Steel. You also found the best person for that, I am one of the few people who studied that material religiously."
"Are you willing to share?"
"I can give you the document of my results for you to view, but I'm afraid you'll be disappointed."
"I just want to set aside my curiosity for now."
"Very well, come inside and take a seat. I'll grab that document. Yunil you lead him to the living room."

Sunlight gleamed through the window. Travis squinted and raised his hand to block the light. With a groan he sat up, his body ached. A result from his actions the previous day.
Rubbing his eyes he began his morning routine. Making breakfast holding enough nutrition to stimulate brain activity. After resting for fifteen minutes after eating he would do some stretching to warm up his body. Then followed by some light exercise to get his blood flowing.
Since he spends most of his time lying down while playing A World's Legacy, he would naturally become more unfit. To avert this he did exercises. Keeping a healthy body would only be beneficial.
After checking his calendar to make sure there wasn't any errands to run, or events he shouldn't miss, he decided to spend his free time scrolling through the Forums.
Turning on his laptop he swiftly logged in and opened the Forum website. He didn't even begin to scroll before he paused.
-Dot is weak-
What happened to the person who stood up to the Guilds? Who fought against the unfairness? Who fought for every solo player and small teams? That same individual who didn't hesitate to put the Guilds in their place is no longer here.
When faced with this video, he avoided confrontation and instead told the player to handle it themselves. He's avoiding conflict with the Guilds. Clearly he lacks confidence!
Naturally this isn't a onetime thing, there are tons of videos of him doing the same thing! I have provided links in the comments!
-End-
Travis watched every video, and he knew that not a single one was fake. They were all legitimate recordings. He never expected them to turn his words in a way against him like this. The comments were in vast support as well. Hundreds of popular comments cried with outrage, some even adding further nonsense for the 'reason' behind his actions.
He audibly scoffed at a comment that suggested 'Dot is working with the Guilds now'.
For such a post to gain traction so soon, and for so many comments to agree. This wasn't happenstance. Clearly someone or something was behind this. Wanting to undermine his fame and actions. Cause the people to turn against him.
Media was a quite the way to do it. Especially when opinions are popular. Travis could see it taking effect on a larger scale already.
Closing off the post he scrolled a bit further, only for the results to stun him more. The various Guilds were defending him? Several posts calling out against him siding with them.
It didn't do any good for him at all, such a coordinated set of posts. It only made people more suspicious. Conspiracy burned like wildfire.
All of this didn't concern Travis that much. He simply could not understand why it was occurring like this. He understood revenge, but ruining his fame has nothing to do with it. He never cared for fame, he merely wanted situations like what happened in his past timeline to never occur.
Pondering the reasons behind it all, his mind came up blank. He simply could not understand why they handled it like this. Pulling out a pen and paper he began to record his wild thought process, hoping to gain a bit of insight. Writing down theoretical reasons behind the posts and what the results may have been.
After writing a bit he paused on a result. Rereading it he murmured, "Attacking the Guilds to prove I'm not siding with them?"
Plausible, but then who would benefit from such a situation? The Players would definitely, this could be a coordinated attack by some who infiltrated Guilds. Perhaps by spreading word of the first post Guild Executives got the idea that the thought of 'siding with Dot' was bad for their reputation. Considering how word spread quickly, the Guilds could've published their own Forum Posts around the same time.
Solo and small group players were not in anyway completely innocent. They too wish to monopolize things, some of them at least. It is completely possible that this was their actions.
Another thought creeped into his head. Eternal Candle, the one he believed that was targeting him to begin with. However what would they gain from him attacking the Guilds? They never overtook the top Guilds before due to their iron grip. . .
Travis' eyes narrowed, he had loosened that iron grip. Before the Guilds had hardly ever been challenged, making people believe them to be invincible. But since he broke that image early on, he showed everyone that they weren't impossible to defeat.
An opportunity arose for them, an opportunity to overthrow the top 10. The butterfly effect gave birth to a new set of troubles. Then there was also the option of the Guilds doing it. The top 10 are less likely, for they wouldn't take revenge by sullying his reputation. Their only goal is to somehow profit from his actions, taking him down is certainly a better choice.
The lower Guilds are far more suspicious. Certainly they can't want to overthrow the top positions and claim it for themselves. After that only fame, wealth, and power would follow. A good enough reason to go this far.
Drumming his fingers on the table he frowned, just about everyone and anyone was a suspect. There was simply too many people who could profit off his actions.
Leaning back in his chair he closed his eyes. It seemed like there was a lot of investigating to go through.
