When I woke up, I was confused. 'Where was I? Who am I? Why am I a baby?' These were all things the person in question should know. I took a step back and calmed myself.
I remembered quite clearly that I died. Therefore, the only conclusion I could draw was that I had reincarnated into another world, just like those anime shows I watched in high school.
After taking some time consolidating my memories, I found my identity in this world. Surprisingly, people in this world had the ability to remember everything from birth unlike my previous world where babies were incapable of cognitive thinking until 2-3 years old.
My name was Daniel. I apparently lived with my mother in a rural village. As for my father, I don't seem to be able to remember him. Was my mom a widow?

I seriously thought I was hallucinating when I heard the mechanical voice speak.
'Host, was that me? I'm a host?'
After thinking about it, I realized that this must be the so-called overpowered gaming-like system I read about in web novels.
I tried to say status but realized that I was still a baby that was unable to properly form words. I inwardly thought, 'Status.' A blank screen filled with unknown characters soon floated into my vision. Although I did not know the words/characters, I could somehow read it.

This system really wanted to scam me. Making me buy a skill that didn't work. Now it wants me to upgrade it? Was that what the coupon was for.
