When he arrived in the palace with Kiho, Winter, and Julian, the worst had already happened.

He saw it when Kyro crushed Solaris' heart, but he wasn't able to stop it from happening.

"Snap out of it, Wixx," Kiho said, smacking his back in an attempt to wake him up from the shock of witnessing Kyro kill Solaris. "Go to Solaris."

Then Kiho, along with Winter and Julian, ran past him to confront Kyro.

Ah, Aku Moonchester was on the verge of running away.

Winchell forced himself to snap out of it, then he approached Solaris who hadn't noticed his presence yet.

His son's senses must have been numb by now.

Moreover, Solaris was busy protecting someone else despite his own situation.

"I told you to run," Solaris said weakly to Mikhail Denver who was already crying beside him. "Just leave me here…"
