Chương 212: Goodie Plates

Once the cookie plates were made, Claire and Alex got into the car to drive all over the greater Boston area delivering them. Their first stop was Amara's foster family because they were closest. 

Jessica answered the door and let them in before going to get Amara, who was studying with her tutor when they arrived. She was excited enough that she brought the tutor over to meet them. 

"This is Miss Holly and these are my family members Claire and Alex," she introduced. 

The tutor smiled warmly. She was a pretty woman who looked to be in her late twenties. "Hi there! Amara has told me a lot about you." 

"Same," Claire said as she returned her smile. "It's nice to meet you. Sorry to interrupt your study session; we aren't staying long. We only stopped by to deliver a few things."

Amara's expression grew eager. "The goodie plate you promised?"
