Welp, I lied. Guess we're going to need another chapter to cover Xuan Kai's reward. I decided to add some comedic factors in this one just to ease up a bit for all you readers since this volume has legit been just continuous action, action, and more action so far.
Man, I'm really enjoying the use of italics. They are just so useful. Thank you webnovel for allowing contracted authors to use them...though if you ask me, I think all authors, contracted or not, should be able to use them. Just my opinion though.
Hmm...what should I talk about? Perhaps the golden fortress? Well, okay. I got the idea/name from a recent light novel I read, called The Magic in this Other World is Too Far Behind. I like the concept of that series. The Golden Fortress is one of the MC's main defense spells, so I decided to take it, change it up a bit, and turn it into an artifact in the form of a necklace instead.
Anyway, that's all from me for now!
