Chương 14: Chapter 8

(I am sorry for my ignorance, I somehow skipped Chapter 8 and I just literally noticed RIGHT NOW and so yeah. I am very sorry for my dumbness but here's Chapter 8 again I'm so sorry again.)

"It was last week when Lord Axsel's followers had found out about a Vampire who lives in the same town as The Hell Saint would go. And that Vampire is me.. Axsel's follower managed to spy on Dawnburry before you could even step foot on this town.."

I listened very closely, all the details and the information I could use him as my ally here in Dawnburry. He seem to be really telling the truth here, but I have to hear what he has more to say..

"And then, a Demon Knight named Ozzan tried to offered me to join his crew so we could kill you together in the name of Lord Axsel himself. And I refused, you see.. I don't care about this Hell Saint that they kept talking about. I don't have any damn reason to kill you. And so I respectfully refused his offer.."

Radimir speaks in such a strong tone, a very convincing tone. Almost like he really does want me to believe in him. But there's that same force inside of me that kept telling me to not true this man, after all.. He's still a Monster. A Demonic Vampire one. A very powerful one.

"What happened next?" I said. While I walk closer to him so I could listen very closely this time. Whatever information he has right now.. It could be useful for me to hunt this Lord Axsel.

"After I refused his offer.. He suddenly draw his Demonic Sword upon the air, ready to slay me down. But a Woman reveals herself in the dark, and blocked the Sword of Ozzan using her claws. I was about to do the same thing, but I'm not sure if my claws are sharp enough to resist the Power of his Sword. But this Woman.. She does the enough to block a Demon Knight's Sword..

I began to look worried, and a little terrified of them I'm just a normal Vampire who haven't tasted a single blood of a Human. But another Demon suddenly appears right on the top of my left shoulder and as far my memory remembers.. He is the one who put that Insect into my ear.. Basically making me a Puppet to them. And they are Three of them at that night, I don't know if they are more of them. But at that same night they are only three. And that is where it begins."

Out of his own words, is a feeling of regret and sadness in his voice. I could feel that he didn't like what he just did to me and my uncle.. Its like he wants to claim his loyalty to me.

At that moment on, the whole room was filled in silence, no other words followed what Radimir had told me. It was so quiet. And with a raise of my right hand, I released him from the **Dramarcus Cage Spell** letting him fall down to the circle.

Where I also removed from the ground. As soon as falls down to the ground, I knew he was surprised and shocked. His normal Human eyes were widened opened as he stares up to me.

"What is this? Are you releasing me from your captive, Hell Saint?"

He asked, as I stood above him looking him down innocently and kindly. Within his eyes I found an innocent man caught in a bad situation, if he wants forgiveness from me he will earn it on my own way.

"You want to be forgiven by The Hell Saint, right?" I asked, while I wait for an answer from Radimir.

"Y- yes! Of course.. All the things that I've done to you and your uncle.. I wanted to say sorry but I know you're not going to accept it. But I guess killing me is enough for an apology, right?" He thought I'm going to kill him for what he did to me and to my uncle. But he was wrong, completely wrong.

"No. I am NOT going to kill you, Radimir. I am giving you a chance to change yourself, there is still time for you to change completely. And you said you haven't tasted a single Human blood in your life right? Well for me, that is enough for me to trust you in this journey. A journey of defending this Town from any kinds of Supernatural danger, like you and Me. And so I'm going to ask you a question...

Would you join me to defeat Lord Axsel and his Knights? If you want to redeem yourself to me, although there is no point of that as you were been mind controlled by those Demon Knights.. But IF you want to have your revenge of turning you into their puppet forcing you to do all of this evil stuff that you don't want to do. Join me.

And together we shall beat those Demons down, together."

He looks up into my eyes in admiration and determination within his eyes. I see a potential within him, we can stop this threat. Combine our powers and our strength we can protect this town from Demons such as those who controlled Radimir.

He then slowly gets up on his feet and looks directly into my eyes..

"I accept your offer, Mister Saint. If beating the shit out of Demons is a way of gaining my forgiveness then I would do it for the sake of your Uncle and this Town in which I've treated as my own Home. Then I'm in!" Radimir answers with such excitement in his voice. And yet there's still bravery in his voice that I could hear within the words he uses.

"Very well, then." I offered him to shake hands with me, with honor and trust. And so he accepts.. We shook both of our hands out of respect, determination and respect to one another.

This is where it shall begin.. My journey of facing different Demons and Monsters in order to protect this town and to have my revenge on those who wanted me dead and those WHO ordered to kill my Uncle and my parents.

The only thing that those damn Demon would see if I encountered them.. Is Wrath within my Eyes. Filling my energy with such power and strength. That motivates me to kill Demons for my entire life.. And this is the day where I knew I am not alone in this journey.
