Chương 18: Call me Daddy
Regal Military Primal Base
The distance from the base to the headquarters usually takes two hour to arrive however in no time, Aka arrived.
Everyone seems to be busy so there weren't many people outside.
This Primal Base is the turfs of many sects including that of Aka's. This place is vast like heck so it's normal for many sect to reside in.
The Combat Unit Cottages was located at the West Side, it's also surrounded with forest but it was rather nice and peaceful. Their cottages weren't ordinary, it feels like as if it was a cottage of a popular resort. The military might be strict but they don't lack to provide such as convenience to their soldiers. They're living in luxury here. No one wondered just how much did the military spend for all of these.
The 107th combat soldiers unit share the same area, and actually their area was the most classy among the other combat units since they have Aka. The military purposely did it. They are even willing to build a castle for him.
There is a personal parking lot in the area, upon parking his sports car. He left the garage and head straightly to his assigned cottage. Each and one of the soldiers has their own cottage or they were assigned by two's. He owned this spacious cottage all by himself.
The moment he opened the door a certain fur ball rushed toward him, it's the same adorable dog before.
"Good boy Shabu, did you missed your daddy?" asked Aka as he picked the fur ball from the ground and caress it. It's like as if the dog understand what he just said and barked in response.
"Are you hungry?" said Aka as he opened the wooden cabinet and bring out a box of a dog meal and pour it to the dog tray. Shabu, the fur ball. Was delighted and immediately starting eating. The fur ball can't no more be happier with his owner around. This is heaven.
No one would actually believe that this overbearing man would have a pet like this. No matter what angle it's not a military dog! So why would he bother keeping one?
In fact, he just casually picked this certain fur ball on the street a year ago and keep it as a dear pet. The fur ball seemed to be abandoned and has nowhere to go, since Aka was some sort of in good mood that time, he didn't hesitate to adopt the pitiful dog and sooner he named it Shabu, as in the drug.
Pretty ironic right?
But this fur ball has an intelligence, it was only loyal to it's owner. It barks anyone who would approach him and would seriously bit them. He only belongs to his boss and no other else!
He isn't a friendly dog just like his owner.
While Aka is busy feeding shabu, there is a knock on the front door.
"Come in" Aka said bluntly. He doesn't have the guts to open the door.
A familiar two tone haired man appeared with a gleaming smile on his handsome face. But it's a smile that made Aka frown. He almost forget to deal with this human.
"Hi, captain! So its, true you're back!" slyly said Caelan with a silly look. He belongs to the unit Aka is in charge in. In truth, he used to be the substitute captain when Aka was in seclusion. This cunning man can't be underestimated.
"What do you want Rosie?" taunted Aka with a smug look plastered on his face.
"It's Rose" corrected Caelan
"But you're a thorn" argued Aka shamelessly
The other party just resisted the urge to roll his eyes, pretty persistence right.
"So what did you came here for? You even have the nerve to show, where are you the other day when the unit need you?" Aka looked at him directly in the eyes.
"Chillax, captain! I have reasons too!" nervously said Caelan. The truth is that he is been waiting for Aka that day, he was sure he will arrive since he saw that specific post and saw the familiar red hair and he can't think of any other else than this guy who has the authority to use the unfinished crossroad. Isn't he more shameless than him? Caelan was informed the same day that they're given a mission but seeing that the Captain his self has returned, why not escape away?
That's all behind his disappearance.
"I don't want to hear it. Lucky you, the higher ups didn't sue you" Aka stated as he remove his tie and his blouse.
"Just what is it that you want?" Aka asked further. This black and white haired man won't just appear without intentions. Caelan maybe everyone's dream boyfriend but the ultimate title for the rich daddy was Aka. This is how the gap works.
"Can't you be more reposed? I'm just here to invite you to the bar" Caelan said and looked at the man with an ' are you for serious' look.
"For what?"
"Welcome party duh"
"Just the two of us? You might even call it as a date"
"Damn you, I'm straight as a stick"
"You are a thorn not a stick, and I don't care"
Caelan could just stare at this unbelievable man with ridiculous look. He actually predicted that this man has become more and more unreasonable as days past. He isn't movable like a damn huge rock!
"Then invite someone you know!" Caelan insisted
"Do I look like a friendly person to you?" Aka honestly replied. That's the point, even though many wanted to befriended with him but because of his very high standard and footing, he is unreachable!
"That's not my problem….. then why don't you bring that little fella" pointed Caelan at the fur ball that was busy eating and didn't even pay attention upon the man arrival.
Food is life
"What's its name?" asked Caelan as he went near the fur ball in awe. Just look at how adorable this creature is!
"Shabu"
"what the heck? Are you for real?" ridiculed Caelan. He is a soldier yet his pet name is rather unmatched to his identity.
"Be careful he bites" Aka warned the tempted thorn
Upon hearing it, Caelan retreated back. That's the owner warning so he heed it.
"Just like owner like pet" he mutter with all honesty
