Viết đánh giáOne of the best cultivation novels I've ever read, at least top 5 of all time for sure. The characters are extremely well written. The Mc can be seen as the "rich young master" of the novel, but an extremely smart and charismatic one. The novel is well aware of the tropes inside it's genre, and plays really well within them. Every character has a personality of its own, and makes their own decisions based on their personality. Let's not even talk about the world building and cultivation realms, everything is well explained and has a reason, not just the same a to b increases qi by a billion fold. While reviewing this, I come to realize that this is probably top 3 of all time.
no you cant do this. you cant get us hooked like addicts and then disappear for this long. where is the next chapter man. im serieus. im not feeling to great
Writing quality is great as time passes and the story development is also good it's just the character design is so stupid where mc's keeps on helping various antagonist in the novel's that it becomes jarring, at first mc is ruthless for first 30 chapters then he becomes totally someone else and leaves his Enemies alive I know there is a reason he can't kill his enemies but still he keeps on helping them and he is such a sucker for beautiful women these women don't even like him but he keeps on giving and giving without receiving anything it's frustrating. Ps. I am at chapter 856
DO NOT BUY PRIVILEGE FOR THIS BOOK!!! I am not going to comment too much on the content of the book, other reviews do that pretty well. However, quick word of warning, do not buy privilege. This author has a pattern of uploading a chapter for the first day or two of a month, and then stopping all uploads for the rest of the month with no warning.
Definitely not what the first few chapters would lead you to believe. The world is indeed dark, but only somewhat more than average for a cultivation world. The main character trends more neutral to good than evil. While he does some murder, robbery, and extortion, the content focuses a lot on him rescuing women from men far far worse than himself and being good to animals and marginalized races. So, relatively speaking, he seems good. If you're looking for a villain, this is probably not what you're looking for. The writing quality is meh, but the story and magic system is pretty good. The side characters are also pretty developed, but that also leads to a lot of cloying content like whole chapters about how much the MC and side characters care about each other. By volume 2, it starts to feel almost like a heartwarming shounen ensemble. So honestly it feels like the author did a bait and switch, but it is what it is, I guess.
world building ,character setting and everything about story is nice. the only problem is rate of update and sporoaidic breaks and other things about story are great.
I absolutely love this novel!! I have been reading this since it was first released years ago! Just curious though, are you going to do a mass release anytime?
the best thing iIlove about this novel is it never get boring of course there is arcs that is not as exciting as the rest but overall the stability and quality writing is impressive. keep up the good work man 💪🏻
can not get enough of this love and support [img=Loving it] is there any novel that is as good as this?? [img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend]
Honestly I’ve been reading this story on and off for years now. I love it and truly treasure it. I keep this as a standard for other novels to be honest. I think what I like most about it, is how it all connects. That should be obvious no? But what I mean is, things from the beginning of the novel holds relevance for 600-700 chapters later. All the characters have depth and life. Someone completely irrelevant. A character you brush off as one and done, comes back. Not just comes back but they were moving in the background the whole time. Nd that level of planning and attention to detail is unmatched. So go forth and read this tale of glory. It will leave you thirsting for more after every chapter.
I want to say that this is the best cultivation novel that encompasses every aspect that I love about cultivation. That’s why I have a question being that I hope you’re not gonna limit the story to the heavenly Dao and that we’re gonna have the great dao where the MC will ascend. I would put your book at the same level. as great ancestral bloodline. First immortal of the sword. Tirbulation of myriad realms. Rebirth of the nameless immortal God I hope you keep yourself healthy so that we can appreciate more of your work. Continue what you’re doing. PS. Cultivation is difficult, but you have the full support of all the fans. Read your book. Have a happy new year and I hope we get all your objectives done.
BRUH, lyk this novel is good and all, but ONE of the the things i hate; Na xinyi, i mean why isnt she's being attacked more in the comments
Man, this story definitely had potential, but at least for me, you ruined it with this ridiculously large harem. It would be better if all—literally all—the women around Long Chen died. I’m at chapter 1528, and I feel like by the end of the novel, he’s going to end up with a harem of 50 women. Not even Martial Peak, which I think has one of the biggest harems, is this excessive. He keeps accepting women left and right—it's terrible. I think you strayed far from what you originally intended.
One of the best cultivation stories I've read on this website It's a darker story, but it's nice to have a more complex MC who is not necessarily good or evil. The cultivation system is highly complex, the universe large with many factions and undercurrents. There are many relevant characters that we get to follow along and see grow and interact, which definitely keeps you invested. My only complainta would be that the Harem size gets a bit unreasonable later on, and author can get over-explainy at times, but it doesn't take from how well thought out the story is

Good evening. I usually don't comment on the novels I read, but this one is excellent. It has outstanding development and great writing. The only thing I absolutely despise is the whole harem concept. Honestly, I think the only woman who should be part of the MC's harem is Su Mei. As for Na Xinyi, I believe she deserves a horrible death—I can't stand her.
An Amazing story that really draws you in, the characters truly feel like real people, the world development is amazing, the start is unique, each volume giving off something fresh and its captivating how you watch the MC grow and develop throughout. Really is a notch above all Eastern novels I've read. I only hate Na Xinyi lol, keeps saying she'll build her own legend with her own strength but is an absolute leech to MC. His harem has so many useless leeches but some are likeable and acceptable. Except Xinyi
Tiết lộ SpoilerAuthor, while the general story is quite good and I enjoy the Mc, you need to stop beating around the bush with description. First they are too long and feel like incessant info dump and worse, they are often repeated for no reason and sometime in the same chapter. It breaks the flow of the novel and worse, make the novel seem like a task sometime instead of enjoying it. Finally, I’m not up to date and only at chapter 800, but for the sake of god, stop making everyone doesn’t believe his cultivation foundation it’s frustrating and reminding of too much of face slapping and young master syndrome brain rot novel. It’s ok to have the manipulation of impressive backing and all the mind game he’s playing, but they are ALL stupidly following with not 1 person trying to use their brain. Specially concerning the blessed. I know they kinda are a caricature of plot armor novel, but they are too stupid and following the same pattern. Specially concerning the female attached to the blessed.
Is the author on break or has the story been dropped? Mind filling me in on whats going on? Have read to chapter 621 and noticed there haven't been updates for some time and wondering what's going on.
Really Great novel but can you please make a chapter for Cultivation realm and alchemy in detail because it's really annoying to go back in every chapter to look for a specific realm
Mc stole Heroines of protagonist and pampers/spoil them rotten with resources but they are not in love with him, he hasn't even touched any of the heroines, To me he seems like a dog licker. Romance In this novel is garbage now I see why people hate harem, the girls are just there to use him
Just one thing to say about this novel: Just turn off your brain when mc interacts with 80% of the women in the novel and it's very redundant at times.
70 chapters in, the authors cucking the shit out of him along with an absence of balls to go against sects. Esentially making all his comprehension, qi, yadda yadda all bark no bite.
nice stuff but femal characters could be inproved on. best worldbuilding you could read in this app
It has been an awesome read so far. The story is good the character and side characters development is top notch. No recycling of trops till now. Hope the update frequency improves.
He's lost the plot, the author. If you want side character simulator then you've come to the right place. Btw i learned from this guy what it means to expound on the world in an intersting way but simultaneously make no forward progress what so ever is a reasonable number of chapters. If youre reading anywhere from Stellar Paragon onwards just follow this small rule, 90% repetition(its expertly done btw if youve not read alot you simply wont realise) and 10% solid forward progress. If uts more than 20 chapters without mc pov then start praying
Here's a different type of traditional wuxia/cultivation novel for you. If I could describe it in a sentence, then it would be; "a brutal, grimdark cultivation novel." There's no empathy and it accurately portrays the harsh, competitive environment, where everyone climbs a mountain of bodies in order to fight for resources and get stronger. Everything makes "sense" and the actions of the MC is logical - though brutal at times. The MC is, what you would call, a "villainous" MC, and the reason for the apostrophe is due to the fact that his actions are sometimes necessary, but it also displays his arrogance and dominance as a talent. You really get a feel for his character in the first chapter, and I'll insert a warning here, it can be *very* jarring. You read it, and then think, "No way can this be the MC. He's a total dick." But because he's a dick and not a spineless, dickless MC, unlike many other traditional wuxia novels, it's refreshing - but in a dark and twisted way. Spoiler here; in the first intro, he had just forced a girl of a rival sect to oral sex, and killed her lover in front her, and then killed her once done. Though the oral part is not mentioned explicitly, it can be deducted, and because the story starts of with the females point of view/backstory, it really portrays the harshness and lack of empathy the MC has. You then keep reading, thinking, "no way is this the MC", and then he comes across another character, with MC vibes and you think, "Yes! Finally the 'real' mc and this scumbag gets his justice." But, (un)fortunately, no. This type of twists and turn keeps you reading, slowly getting addicted to the no-nonsense MC, where you slowly get to learn more about him, and his circumstances. With this slow reveal, you unconsciously begin to accept him, root for him, and accept his brutal ways. His lack of empathy in this competitive wuxia workd becomes his strength and makes him "cool." And as if to contrast this, you also slowly begin to realise how deeply flawed other wuxia novels are - they say that it's competitive, but none of their characters in their story takes the same measures. Think about it, if your life is constantly on the ropes, would you have time to go left and right to conquer beauties or spare you rivals? No! You'd use every means at your disposal to gain strength, plot against your rivals/enemies, and further you agenda. This brings me to the second point; the side characters. They are pretty well sculpted, with their own agenda, ideals, and background. As of now, not much is known, but the MC's flashback unveils a larger story and gives more depth to the side characters. If you think the MC's a dick? Wait till you meet enemy/***** nr. 1 - it's damn near chilling what she does to gain strength. There's no right or wrong in this world, only who's weaker or stronger. Might makes right - and in this novel, it does so in the most brutal, no-nonsense, unfiltered kind of way. Dark pleasures, anyone? As of chapter 18, we've been introduced to some superficial side characters, and a few prominent ones - we're still learning more and more of the plot and MC, but not much has been revealed. This brings me to the story progression, I can see that the author is taking the long route; slowly building the characters, their relations, and unveiling a bit of the world a chapter at a time. We don't know why the character wants to become strong or why he's cultivating, though a little has been hinted at his meagre family background that could potentially have plot relevance. As of chapter 18, MC is just a ruthless, overbearing, and prideful mc, but the plot is slowly starting. I find this good, as you need time to adjust to the new paradigm mentality and the circumstances of the MC, and I'm eagerly reading to uncover more about the MC, and thus stumble upon the overarching plot in due time. Lastly, this is a pretty new story, so I'm cautious about predicting update stability. (cont. In comments).
