Once morning arrived the next day, Shouko was as excited as a happy little kid. She urged the sleepy Kyoya to wake up and get ready to embark on their journey.

She was like a bird chirping happily as she talked endlessly. As he wasn't able to dissuade his wife to tone down her excitement, Kyoya pounced on her and kissed her senseless. He laughed when he was met with his wife's glare.

After breakfast, both of them who were dressed casually stepped out of the mansion. A maid brought a suitcase packed with their clothes and placed it inside the car's trunk.

"You're sure you're fitted for a long journey?" Kyoya asked his wife before getting inside the car. His dark eyes carefully scrutinized her whole expression.

"En! I'm perfect!" Shouko was patient as she answered the same question her husband had been asking her ever since he woke up.
