Horizon Empire, the 2nd rank Human Empire amongst all the 5 Empires of the Human race. It's the biggest territory amongst all the Human territories, even bigger than the 1st rank, Dragon Horn Empire. They house the headquarters of all the associations in the Human race, such as the Adventurers Association, Merchant Association, Craftsman Association, Industrial Association, Mage Association, and many more associations. The rank 1st Mage Academy is also located in their territory and even the Infinite Magic Sect, specifically the 1st rank Sect of the Human race, is located over there as well.
