" Hey Gilbert why don't you try this porridge as you are sweating profusely and I think you are not well" James made an innocent statement but deep inside it means' Eat it or else hehehe'
Which Gilbert of course knew as he was the one who was trying to poison his young master thus, he replied as such," Young Master I am well and if need be I will make more porridge and you should complete this portion of your porridge to get healthy fast"
Even his own Mother helped Gilbert by saying," He is correct in this darling and you should it eat to get healthy fast as you want to practice with full health right" She said while smilingly
" Mother I am feeling well and I won't be eating this and I think we should not waste this food as the one who cooks our food is unwell and we keep bugging him to make medicinal food for us rather than for him and you can also see that he is not looking well" James said this with firm expression which showed that he was not going to backdown... for this time at least.
His mother had to nod at this statement as she was now feeling guilty that she wasn't treating her servants well as she could have asked him to make some for himself as well.
She said after sighing," Ok, for now I will not bug you to eat this but later you must eat when Gilbert is feeling well and he can make more of it ok"
"Yes sure but what about this porridge?" He asked as he thought his plan was going to blossom.
" We will give this one to Gilbert as he is not feeling well. Gilbert, come here and eat this."
She ordered Gilbert to eat.
" I really don't need to eat it but if you insist then I will eat it later in my room" Gilbert tried to get out of this situation cleverly but he didn't expect.
"No, eat it here with us as we don't know whether you would it eat or not as I too do the same" James Father Sylvian said while making Gilbert sit with them. Gilbert tried to reject them but they were both powerful as well as forceful.
When Sylvian tried to forcefully make Gilbert eat the porridge, Gilbert blurted out something which destroyed his life.
" No don't, I don't want to die"
This statement of his made both the parents as well as other servants in the room shocked as they never thought that a sevant/fellow servant would betray them and try to poison young master of the house.
After hearing that Sylvian punched him in the jaw making him flying and then started to clench his neck strongly when
" Father, wait. Let me ask him something" Then James turned towards Gilbert," Why did you try to poison me?" Gilbert first looked frightened and then suddenly started laughing like a maniac " I tried to poison you over a month with small quantities and you got immuned to that. Thus, I had to take some step to kill you"
This took everyone aback
" W-What? Jason was actually poisoned? Are you OK Jason?" both the parents of James asked him and started checking for any health issues. Jason started to tear up as he never got such familiar love as he was orphan in his previous life. Seeing that their son started crying they both panicked.
" I am fine as I am now immune to that level of poison but we need to know who wanted to kill me" Jason said and diverted the topic to the right direction but when they turned towards Gilbert he was already dead.
"How did he die?" Hisui asked first seeing the dead man and then she looked towards James fearing if he got frightened which could turn into a trauma and after checking he was doing good she looked towards her husband for answers.
" He took poison when we started checking James. Looks like he said that in order to divert our attention from him."Sylvian said followed by" I will also investigate about this matter as we need to know who was the one behind all this."
Hisui said after hearing him," From now on I will prepare our food and I don't want no for an answer"
"Yes." Sylvian said just when she completed her sentence as she was smiling yet her eyes told otherwise.
" Haaah looks like coming days are going to be fun" James said while looking at his Father who was obeying his mother as if he was a robot ready for taking orders
