With the intelligence department cleansed of leaks Jamal's rebells were taking heavy losses although we have yet to find Jamal himself we have done enough done significant damage to their infrastructure which has finally elevated enough pressure off of me that I could finally check in with with the empire to see how much the frontlines over there have shifted.
Anastasia:"I take it that you now have a firm grasp over the sultanate otherwise you would not have called since the last time we spoke you were dealing with rebells within your boarders can you send us aid or your rule still to unstable?"
Me:"I haven't stomped out the rebellion completely just yet but they have taken a critical hit and we slowly beginning to tighten the noose at the moment I can only send supplies to you but once I have stabilized things here I will start to send troops how has the princess been?
Anastasia:"Surprisingly her cult has really been a success as far as believers go unfortunately though the gods have finally found out about this and now actively trying to hunt her to prevent her ascension to godhood but between her newly minted paladins, the titan army and those creepy goddess of desire golems you created they haven't been successful infact because of their failed attempts on her life she was able to turn more people against the gods but the gods sent Ullr the god of the hunt to track her down"
Me:"Is this something you can't handle?"
Anastasia:"At the moment we are still able to handle him but he isn't the only problem the as a new faction has emerged imperial nobility have begun to break away from the princes blaming them for the war as it has cut into the bottom line of their businesses and now trying to rebell creating a new faction called the Imperium which nobility use a voting system to determine their actions but they aren't the only new faction the Imperial nobility that don't just blame the royalty but also the gods now openly collude with demons as they don't want to bow down ever again not even to the titans"
I need to finish seizing control of the sultanate as I now have to deal with a demon incursion that has popped up in the empire if allowed to fester I might soon have to deal with arch demons if not demon princes and they would be tougher to deal with then the gods because if the gods lose their faith they lose their influence on the world and weaken but those demonic vermin are nothing but a plauge although they would want to conquer their also fine just pillaging as they are inherently selfish and aren't really loyal even to their superiors only caring about personal benefit plus individually any demon is most likely stronger than any human especially if they don't have a deity.
