Magman clan's leader used his divine energy to create a shield and compress the explosion to the best of his ability.

But to his dismay, his brother is already effected.

After some effort, he finally managed to negate the explosion. He ran to his brother to see if he is okay. Right now, the first elder's body is corroded with the fire elemental energy. It is very hard for someone to do that to a cultivator at Peak of Astral Plane.

Divine energy is indeed a lot more dangerous for people below Divine Plane.

He tried to inject his own divine energy to neutralize. But it didn't work really well. He cannot force all of that fire elemental energy out just like that.

He called for some guards.

"Take him to the healers. Tell them to reduce the burn wounds first and slowly treat him to lose the energy corrosion."

The guards left with the first elder. Meanwhile, the clan leader looked around.
