Chương 13: First day = laugh
We both took our phones out and showed the members the photo. To our surprise, they all started giggling.
"What is there to laugh??" I asked, angrily. "Yahhhh!!! Hyung, When did you even take this and why??" Jimin shouted. "You both looked cute, together. Hyung/Unnie, Why not keep it as a memory?" Jungkook said, laughing. I looked at them with an eyebrow, pointing upwards.
The manager entered, suddenly. "Guys, get ready! We've got to start shooting. Hurry up!!" He said, loudly, that everyone got up as soon as he said hurry up. "I'll come back to this later." I whispered to myself.
I went to my office. I took out my phone and saw the photo. I started getting shy. Wait! NOOO! No, no, no, come on y/n. Stop thinking like this and start your work. I said to myself and went to get coffee.
I took my coffee, and went to the terrace. I love bonding with nature. Whenever I have time, I'll go out and experience the weather and everything. Sometimes, I talk to my parents, who are up there. It helps me calm down.
"Y/n!! What are you doing here?" I heard a voice. I turned back and saw it was Taehyung. "Hey Taehyung. What are you doing here?" I asked him. "First answer mine then I'll answer yours." He said. "I came to get some fresh air." I said. "Okay. Now can you come down? Everyone is waiting for you." He said, like a child. "So cute! Sorry for keeping you wait. and yeah, sure." I said pinching his cheeks. He got shy and rubbed the back of his neck.
"Anyway, how did you find me?" I asked him on our way down. "Jimin hyung told me that you would be here. So I came and saw. You were here." He said, shyly. "Jinjja??!!" I asked. 'He still remembers.' I said to myself. "What?!!" He asked, seeing me whisper. "Nothing!" I said with a warm smile.
We both came down and everyone got ready. "Where were you, y/n. We were waiting for you." Jin asked, in a soft tone. "I went to the rooftop." I replied. "Okay. Come on let's go everyone." The manager said, opening the door for us to leave.
Namjoon, Suga, Hoseok and Mia went in a car, while Jimin, Taehyung, Jungkook and I went in the other car.
I sat at the front, next to Taehyung who was driving. Jimin and jungkook sat behind.
It was silent. No one talked anything. I felt bored and started scrolling my phone. "Y/n, what do you like to do??" Taehyung asked suddenly, which got me scared. "W-what?" I asked. "I asked what do you like to do in you free time? What is your passion?" He asked. "I-I-I..... like to..." and got cut by Jungkook. "Unnie, he asked what you like to do, not about your boyfriend." He said laughing. I stared at him and said,"First, you don't to call me unnie, you can call me by my name. Second, I might or might not have a boyfriend and it doesn't matter. Third, I don't like to tell people my talent. Fourth, sorry for shouting." I said and turned front.
Jungkook and Taehyung were shocked by my answer, while Jimin was laughing at me. "Look at you both. Hahahahahahhahha. Jinjja!?" Jimin said. He seriously couldn't control his laugh. "I mean really. You were friends with this y/n. The y/n that just went serious." Taehyung asked looking at Jimin. "Yahhh. This has got nothing to do with it. Plus, I was really good to him. If you doubt, ask him yourself." I said, coolly. Taehyung and jungkook looked at Jimin for an answer. "Yeah. She was really nice with me. She never let anyone hurt me nor touch me without any reason." He said nodding his head. I felt proud inside myself. I stared at the two young boys, who were now scared to look at. I laughed at them acting weird and said,"I won't harm you guys." We all laughed together.
We got to the location and got down. To our surprise, the others also came out laughing. We both saw each other laughing, and laughed so hard.
"Okay. Guys. Get ready to shoot." The manager said. The members got ready and were seated at their places for a Vlive video. Me and Mia were standing at the side and watching them. We couldn't stop ourselves and burst into laughing. The others looked at us confused. "I'm sorry. Excuse us." I said. Me and Mia ran a bit further and started laughing. We laughed so hard, that we didn't notice the others had come, as the shooting was over.
Our first impression turned out bad. Not as I expected. We ended up laughing the whole time.
"Y/n, every time we find you, you are laughing. Can we know the reason?" Namjoon asked me. I couldn't control laughing, I tapped on Mia so she could answer. "Because the games you guys play, made us laugh. And.....and... hahahahahaha. I'm sorry I can't." She said and left. I brought myself together, took a deep breath in and told them,"You guys act like kids. It's so cute to see ant the same time funny. I mean being an idol, seeing you guys fighting for simple things, it so nice to see how much you guys bond with each other and funny." I said and drank some water to control my laugh. "Okay. Pack up guys." The manager shouted.
"Hey guys. You've got free time, right?" I asked them.
They nodded their head. "Okay. Why not we go and spend sometime together." I asked. "Sure!" They all shouted. "Okay. Then let's go." Mia shouted and we all left in one car. The car was big enough to fit 9 people.
I sat at the front. And this time, Jimin drove the car. "So where shall we go?" I asked, expecting some answers.
"I don't know. Maybe food first??!!" Hoseok asked. "Okay!" Jimin said and drove to a pizza shop.
Outside the shop, I saw a mother, who looked weak. She had a son and a daughter. I asked the guys to move on further, while I approached towards the mother. I kneeled down and asked,"Eomma. You look weak. Here have some water." I gave her. She resisted at first, but then took my offer. "Wait here!" I said and ran inside the shop. I saw the guys sitting there and looked at me with excitement. I approached to them and said,"Guys, you carry on. I'll come in a bit. I'll be here only." I said and rushed to the counter, not even waiting for an answer and ordered three pizzas. I took them and a water bottle and headed out. I saw them still sitting there.
"Here, you can have this." I gave it to them. "Child, who are you? Why do you want to help me? Others see me and leave me, but why do you want to offer me help?" She asked with a tear flowing down her cheek.
I looked at her and her kids and said,"Eomma, I lost my parents. I didn't want these kids to loose you. A parent is more important to any child, especially at this age. If you aren't strong, how will they be." As I said, tears started flowing in my eyes.
The kids came near me and asked,"Unnie, why are you crying? Did something happen?" They asked worried.
I hugged them and said,"No, nothing. I am just so proud of your mother. She has done a lot for you two." I said, with a smile. "Unnie, can you please tell mom to eat with us? Most of the times, she says she isn't hungry, and gives the food to us. Can you please tell her?" They asked, holding my hands. "Sure!" I replied. "Thank you, unborn!" Thy said. "Okay. I've got you guys some food. Here have it." I said handing over the bag of food I got.
"Yay!" They shouted. They were so happy. "See! They are your kids. They care about you. They need you. And make sure to eat, regularly." I said and handed over some money to her. I was about to leave, when she grabbed my hand and said,"thank you, child. Thank you so much. The god has sent you here, to help us. I'll never forget this help. For your kind heart, you'll be happy." I hugged her and her kids and said,"okay. Take care. I'll come and see you guys, one day. Okay?" "Okay!" They shouted. I waved at them and turned back.
To my surprise I saw everyone standing outside, waiting for me. They were surprised and happy by seeing it. "Y/n you really are someone, sent by god. To help all of us." Jin said. "Yah. Stop it." I said shyly. "Someone is feeling shy." Mia said. "Okay. Can we leave to the next spot?" I asked, changing the topic.
"I know a place, you guys will love, especially y/n." Jimin said. "What is it?" I asked him eagerly, cause he mentioned my name. "You'll see when we get there." He said. "Okay. Then hurry up." Namjoon said. We got in the car and left.
It was a long drive. We chatted for sometime and listened to music. Here we are. But first...." Jimin said.
"We need to blindfold you, y/n. Cause it's a surprise." He said, smiling. "Seriously?!" I asked. "Yeah." They all shouted. "Did you guys already plan this out, at the pizza shop?" I asked looking at everyone. "Y/n, is that important or the place?" Hoseok asked. "First this, then that." I said, without hesitating. "Okay, yes we planned. It's not a big deal." Yoongi came forward and answered. "Okay. Blindfold me." I said and they covered my eyes with a piece of cloth.
It was almost 8:00. I wondered what it would be.
"Okay, here we are." Jimin said, leading my way. Basically walking me.
"Okay. Are you ready?" They asked together. "I'm born ready." I said, smiling. They were amazed by the answer. "Okay. Here we go. 1,2,3.... OPEN!!!" They shouted.
I opened my eyes and saw....
