After I see her stats I just start to rub my temples gently, "I swear, I'm never going to get used to how much your stats go up every level. I wish I could just focus on two stats, it would be amazing. So is life though, I like my build the way it is, I just wish I had such explosive stat growth."
"I know exactly what you mean, but thats what you get when you have a more focused approach. I'm only a mage, so I only have to focus on building up my magic as well as my stats. You are a magic fighter basically so you need stats in everything," Aurelia said to me in a matter of fact tone.
"This is going to be the moment of truth, we don't know how strong a boss class monster is. Even if it is only high B-rank, it is still a boss class monster, that makes it equivalent to early A-rank but only with its vitality. We can take that one, it might take a second to finish the battle but we shouldn't be in any real danger with me channeling its lightning. What are your thought Aurelia, what should we prepare beforehand?" I asked this so I would better know what Aurelia would do to start the battle, since the rest was a little more simple from then on.
"Well before we open the door to the boss room, I'll add all of my buffs on you. I'll have more on the ready just in case the boss room no longer allows that anymore. You'll be up front getting its attention, while I will support you in any way I can from the back," She told me this will a confident attitude, a look of determination on her face.
"Alright, looks like were going to fight our first boss class monster, you ready?"
"Of course I'm ready, lets head in," she said this to me and started to put the buffs on me as we reached the door. We slowly, but steadily, made our way into the boss room.
