A wave of nausea comes to me after teleporting and I lose my dinner from before, teleporting may be the most useful magic that I have figured out but I don't think I will ever get used to it. I can only teleport at most once a day in long-distance, after cleaning out my mouth of the taste of vomit I start running deeper into the wildlands to find some shelter for the night then examine the Grimm girl. After a couple of hours, I found a cave that I can use, for the time being, I took the girl out of the body bag then used the last of my magic to bury her up to her head so that once the sedatives wear off she won't attack me in my sleep. I took out my camping gear from my storage bag and made me some late dinner to make up for my now empty stomach and went sleep after a few more hours.
( The next morning)
I woke up to the sound of roars and wailing, I open my eyes then checked my surroundings finding the Grimm girl kicking up a fuss, I yawned and stretched my body then made me some breakfast while ignoring her. Once I filled myself up with breakfast I started to use my now recharged magic to examine her more thoroughly after a couple of moments I started to form a plan on what to do next, first I took out some medicinal herbs to make a painkiller plus sedative to calm her down because she is just constantly in pain due her fusion of Grimm and human with the use of a chemical that I can't even begin to understand. After blending the herbs plus improving it with magic I force-feed the girl the medicine in about half an hour later the girl started to calm down, once she calmed down I pulled her out of the ground. She glared and growled at me but thankfully didn't attack I offered the girl some grilled meat that I made earlier for breakfast, she was hesitant at first then grabbed the meat and started to devour it with gusto like she was starving.
After several hunks of meat later I tried talking to her to see if she can understand me, she just looked at me not understanding a word I'm saying I can't help but sigh and pity the poor girl. This girl is going to die in about a year due to her body tearing her apart from the inside and she's more feral than civil, I can only ease her suffering a bit before she dies because I don't even know where to begin to actually help and heal or rather restore her to her former self. I walked over to the girl she then tenses up as I extend my hand to her she growls softly, I extend my hand slowly while speaking gently to her to ease her weariness, she was still tense but I put my hand top of her head and not ruffle her hair because I know that doesn't feel pleasant. I just placed my hand on her head to which she doesn't seem to know how to feel on that and promised her and myself.
Silva: I may not be able to truly help you but I will at ease what little time you have left on Remnant on this I swear.
( A month later)
I just had to cross Anima's wildlands to get the Menagerie, I couldn't take a ship there like everyone else and now I'm being chased around by a large group of Grimm known as Harpies. A Harpy Grimm is a humanoid shape but with wings for arms plus long sharp owl-like talons and a skull-like face. A Harpy's main attack is to fire its feathers like arrows along with producing deafening screech and let's not forget its talons can tear people with ease and once a Harpy gets old enough it becomes a Queen Harpy that can command the younger members of its kind to a degree. I tried to knock them out of the sky again with a shockwave but the Queen Harpy made its flock bunch up together to migrate the damage and unfortunately, the lethal range of my shockwaves is only 5 feet because after that it loses its force too quickly to be truly useful at any long-range combat which means I'm going to need to make me a good range weapon in the future. As I run away from the Harpies a blade suddenly sticks out from nowhere to which I barely avoid it, great just great I now have to deal with a Reaper.
A Reaper is a mantis-like Grimm that can move almost silently to the point that by the time you notice your heads missing. Reapers can also fly silently making them have a nickname of Grimm assassin to huntsman across Remnant due to the fact that these Grimm have the most solo kills because they generally act alone for the most part. Why couldn't I have taken a boat or airship to the Menagerie, well regrets later, first I need to lose these Grimm or at least find somewhere with higher ground so that I can fight better because the Haries already took out my summons out earlier. I heard a screech in the distance in front of me I then saw giant eagles coming from the sky attacking the Harpies and unfortunately, these aren't your friendly middle-earth eagles but high carnivorous birds that will also eat people if given the chance. As the Grimm and animals fight each other I was running for dear life till I found a large hollow tree to hide in to catch my breath, I'm currently at the northern plains of Anima's wildlands trying to make my way to the southern coast of Anima.
I was originally planning on taking a long detour route from the northern plains to the eastern savanna pass the mountains then southern wastes and after that follow the coast due west into the swamps than lastly take a sea route to the large island in between Anima and Menagerie. As it turns out there are a lot more Grimm then what I was expecting and the local wildlife is as strong if not stronger then most Grimm because they regularly get into territorial disputes with each other. Debating what do I decide to think about it tomorrow because it's getting late and I'm hungry so I set my bag on the ground then spoke the password to it. The next moment I'm in a well-lit room full of all the stuff I've gathered over my travels, I really need to organize this mess one of these days. I made my way to a large wooden double door then open it to find Noctem and the Grimm girl that I have taken to calling Lucifer because its the only name she responds to, fighting over fish jerky again. I sigh then make my way to the kitchen to make me some supper while those 2 fight, Noctem has gotten way bigger than before he now 3 times his original size that I picked him up I'm not sure if its because I unlocked his aura or if his species is special because he's definitely no house cat.
While I'm frying me some wild game bird meat in some Mistral wine to get rid of the gaminess my 2 companions finally noticed me and started to forget the jerky and watch me cook. In all honesty, the 2 of them would eat me out of house and home if I didn't hunt regularly to refill the food supplies, as I cook the 2 gluttons were using puppy dog or rather kitten cat eyes to beg me to share my food. When I finally finished cooking I didn't bother putting the meat on a plate and just ate it where I'm standing from the frying pan to which Noctem and Lucifer despaired because I wasn't sharing after finishing my meal I started to cook again making a share for the 2 bystanders. The cat and Grimm girl looked excited that I was cooking again to which would be their share, well just another day for me and my 2 trouble makers.
Sorry for the late update I just got FF7 remake it was too much fun for me to put down I will be releasing another chapter soon.
