Today in the morning I was woken up by the sudden rush of information that my crafting, cooking, and farming clones sent to me after leveling up the proficiencies. 

My mind was dazed for a moment, but thanks to my mental skills, I was able to assess everything in time for my mind to not collapse. If this method were to be used by other beings with weaker or non-existent mental fortitude skills, their minds would probably collapse and fall in a vegetative state.
