Chương 3: Chapter 3 - Lazy Guy
"I'm Zaekryl, A Dark Mage, nice to meet you! Sci-ki!" Zaekryl lend Yan a helping hand to put him back on his feet.
Yan took his help as he showed his gratitude towards Zaekryl, he thanked him properly.
"Hey! Sci-ki why are you in this place? It's a very dangerous place isn't?" Zaekryl said as he suddenly sound friendly towards Yan.
"How about you? Why are you here on your own?" Yan asked as he wiped his bloody hand with a clean white handkerchief.
"I lived around this area... Wait! Don't tell anyone we may encounter sooner that you saw a man in all black okay?!" Zaekryl said as he tries to ask Yan a favor.
"Sure it's not a big problem"
...also you were cool back there... " he addes as he said it with a soft voice.
"Aren't you also cool? That was an amazing move you made back there! I was completely off guard..." Zaekryl said, as he smiled.
After hearing his response Yan became embarrassed since Zaekryl heard his compliment on him.
"Thanks... "
"You're quite a shy man! That's cute!"
Yan couldn't help it but blushed when he suddenly remembered something that he was supposed to do after taking down the slave traders. Yan ran off towards a cage carriage. As he opened the door he saw a blistered little girl, her silver hair was quite a mess, and her left arm are broken.
"Are you oka-! No I won't ask that since you don't looked like you're fine at all." Yan worriedly said as he immediately took action and prepares to perform a first aid kit to the little girl's broken bones.
"Broken bones?" Zaekryl sneak up out of nowhere and was standing on the doorway.
"Yeah, it seems worse... We should get it treated immediately or it will worsen in days time." Yan said as he treats the scratches on her face.
Zaekryl suggested that they should hurry and go to a nearby hospital to get her treated right away. However, Yan was quite confused and asked Zaekryl what is a 'Hospital'.
'Oh yeah, these people don't know what that is. Should I consider using magic on her? No no no her body can't keep up with it.' Zaekryl thought.
"Sci-ki can't you use some healing spells or something?" Zaekryl asked.
"Sorry I don't, my magic attribute are only wind and light I can't do no more." Yan sadly responded.
"It's fine Sci-ki! Let's just get out of this forest immediately..." Zaekryl said
'Hmm... Wind and light magic attribute huh? So that explains how awesome his moves earlier are. Before he looked like a scaredy-cat with his hands shaking non stop, but the moment he stepped out of hidden, he completely changed into a different person. I should be wary of Sci-ki Xinyi on the future' Zaekryl thought.
Yan carried the unconscious little girl on his back, while Zaekryl took a hold of Yan's belongings temporarily. After walking out of the forest the village's fence came into a view.
"Missy, Don't worry we're almost there, just hang on for a little bit." Yan said to comfort the suffering little girl.
Suddenly, Zaekryl came into a stop. He held out Yan's sling bag back to him as he stepped back a little bit.
"Zaekeyl-kun, what's wrong?" Yan asked.
"Sci-ki this is as far as I can go."
"Aren't you coming with me?"
Zaekryl didn't respond to Yan's request, instead he turned around and walks away.
"Take care of that little lady there okay?" Zaekryl said as he lift up his right hand and waving goodbye.
"Take care Zaekryl-kun!"
Yan with the little girl on his back walks towards the village in order to find a great physician to treat the little girl.
On other hand. As Zaekryl walks towards in the middle of the dark forest once again, a maid pop up out of nowhere, it was Kristie.
"Are you sure you're not going with him, Zaekryl-sama?"
"Yeah"
"Will you come back to the castle?"
"Not yet..."
"Will you be coming back to us, Zaekryl-sama?"
Zaekryl pats Kristie's head as he smiled brightly at her.
The day before Zaekryl went out from his home.
inside the locked throne room of the abandoned castle in the middle of the rumoured dangerous dark forest. There appeared Zaekryl in the middle of the darkness.
"Hahaha, Having these things are so convenient!" Zaekryl proudly said as he drank a can of juice from a vending machine located in the corner of the dark room.
As what the rumors says about the master of the abandoned castle, loud noises coming from the throne room was said that someone is being tortured there day after day by day by day. however, that was just their exaggeration, those noises's true source were from Zaekryl's handmade television, he was watching a horror film, and the one who was screaming was none other than him.
The true colors of the throne room are the Dark Lord Zaekryl's neet life. He is a completely lazy bum who does nothing but watch random TV shows everyday and that has been going for a dozens of years now, he never got tired of it, as for how he got those DVD's, Zaekryl took a look from the modern world's signal and connects through it. at first he wasn't expecting that he could watch shows, fortunately, a miracle can always happen anytime. so he took advantages of his crafting magic together with his knowledge from previous world he made a bunch of modern things. electricity isn't a problem since lighting magic can do this work.
Apparently, Zaekryl, renovated the throne room to his own satisfaction. he molded and deformed the throne seat and made it into a fluffy bed. by the pillar on the right sight of the bed's point of view there lined up five different vending machine according to Zaekryl's taste buds. on the opposite side, a two huge gigantic refrigerator with a bunch of different kinds of food inside. in the middle a small warm Kotatsu, a big television in front, and a pile of comic books, magazines etc. Lastly, behind the throne bed, there was a secret passage, a wide room too, that place is Zaekryl's private bathroom.
Zaekryl Nagasaki are living a life of luxury, he never runs out if his favorite foods and beverages, there is something like a television that will take away all his worries. Plus, he lives in a castle where he is the owner.
He sometimes sneaks out without any of his servants notice. If he tells them that he'll take a fresh air outside for a while, they would accompany him with some guards and maids, that would be very annoying for him, so he secretly goes out.
Everyone thought he died since the loud noises came to a stop. no! you're wrong! the loud noises didn't stop but Zaekryl added another strange thing on his throne room. he made it sound proof, since he was worried that he would disturbed other people.
This information is confidential so only a few selected bunch knew he was alive and well, and the rest knew nothing. sadly they do not know what he does in this throne room. no one has ever set a foot on that place other than Zaekryl.
Zaekryl don't want anyone to know that he is a natural lazy person. he is completely repeating what he does from his previous world. and he never got tired of it.
Until one day.
Zaekryl read a fantasy manga on his phone. it said, "Adventuring are fun" he got curious so he decided to sneak out. he has never set foot out of the place for more than 50 years. so he needed some time to prepare his belongings.
Suddenly, the telephone rang, "Zaekryl-sama, are ready?" It was Kristie's voice.
Zaekryl said in response, "Wait for a while... I'll come out now... "
"Yes... '
Zaekryl wears his black jacket, black pants and sports shoes, bringing his black sports sling bag, he even wears a black mask to cover his face.
"Kristie, I'll come out now, make sure no one is around..."
"Yes. There is no sightings of living things around, you may come out safely, my lord..." Kristie confirmed.
Zaekryl went out by walking through the walls. after a while he saw Kristie on sight.
"Zaekryl-sama, did you bring enough money on you?" Kristie asked like a mother worried on her son's first day of school on kindergarten.
"Don't worry, Kristie, I'm fine... I'm your master after all" Zaekryl replied.
"Hope you'll come home safely" Kristie paid goodbye as she waves her hand while Zaekryl walks away.
"Now time for some adventures!"
