Xun BingBing was feeling aggrieved. How unlucky could she get? Not only some mortal pervert had spied on her, then she was chased by those TianDao fanatics, and now she was being groped by a mortal child.

Earlier on, while she was running away from her pursuers, Xun BingBing streamed several kilometers in fast burst of speed. Her clan members all had been trained to travel fast and none, to Xun BingBing's knowledge, including immortals had caught up with them. Xun BingBing had also remembered to make herself small and camouflage her pure white scaly fur body against the snow in this area. This had proven effective when she ran away from her brothers before.

Just as she was slowing down and looked back, Xun BingBing noticed there were two figures, hot at her tail, at her direction. In frantic, Xun BingBing did not realize a small pair of hands had swooped her into his arms and protectively carried her into his chest.

Now, even though this child seemed to be scolded by his father, Xun BingBing could only wait and not expose herself before she could escape. Meanwhile, Xun BingBing tried to find a better position in the warm and fragrant smelling child's clothes to rest. Xun BingBing needed a little time to collect back her energy after today's distressing ordeal.

"Where's the child?" MiYue looked around. She was sure to catch the child of Crimson Wolf this time around but suddenly all traces of the little pup disappeared.

"Odd, suddenly she could disappear like that." XunMeng pouted prettily when she felt something in the air, "up there..."

A majestic white crane was seen flying discreetly in the clouds above.

"Another celestial? Why are they so many of the Celestials showing up in this area? What are they up to? Let's leave first," MiYue grabbed and XunMeng and quickly left the forest.

Across the skies of the mortal realm, various immortal entities were scrying for a certain mortal child. One was prince of Esteemed Celestial Crane Clan, He FeiQuan, secondly, Gold Peach elder and great grandfather of LiHua, Lim HeQi, thirdly, a mysterious immortal who just left his mother's tomb, and lastly the fourth, the assigned guardian, a six headed snake demon, SheLin, whom had also lost the Crimson Wolf clan leader's youngest child.

"Where could she be?"

The only lead of LiHua all of them have was that LiHua would be somewhere near God of Lightning mortal incarnation - the 9th prince of Cai Kingdom.

Lim HeQi was one of the clansman tasked to find their youngest and his wife, the first daughter of JinShu HuiSan, had told him to find their great granddaughter as soon as possible. Their grand niece, MiYue, was most familiar with mortal realm but even her sect could not find LiHua yet. The family and clan did not know how LiHua would look like and which family she was born to, so for the moment, Lim HeQi could only follow LiHua's friend, He FeiQuan, who had seemed to know where he was going.

Little did Lim HeQi know that He FeiQuan, not only knew where the approximate location of where LiHua is, but he have to do other assignments prior meeting up with LiHua.

The first was to find his trusty and diligent spy agent, KunPeng, a flying carp, who claimed to be a descendant of the mighty beast GuDiao. KunPeng had not acquired a full human body, having a bulbous fish eyes, scaly and feathery skin and long finlike wings that he kept close to his body.

KunPeng's half fishlike body had caused him endless shame, receiving mocking gazes and disdainful snorts from other demons and other immortals. Thus, whenever KunPeng had to walk the Mortal realms ground, he would always wear a helmet and large black hooded cloth to cover his head and body. KunPeng had long ago discarded his fishy stench, leaving no scent whenever he go.

He FeiQuan had never questioned KunPeng's heritage as KunPeng had over the years proven himself as a worthy source of information, acquiring transmissions from the vast skies and seas.

The hooded KunPeng came forth to greet He FeiQuan and quickly kept him up to date with the mortal current affairs.

Passing He FeiQuan a map, KunPeng started his missives,

"Cult leader of Tiandao as suspected is a unknown and unregistered immortal. I have already put more people near their headquarters around the mountainous Sheng kingdom. Their shield had it difficult for us to collect more information on them.

Mount KeLan has also a non permeable barrier so we are still unable to acquire more information on Crimson Wolf. However, from what we know of, Kai family is not of the Crimson Wolf. Our sources found that Kai family had only recently resurfaced and that they are of no significance in the current affairs.

Rumors in the wind was that the youngest child of the Crimson Wolf Clan was out in the world of mortals but we have got nothing on her yet, other than she is targeted by the TianDao sect.

As for the leader of rebel group Eastern Righteous Alliance, MengTian, this is someone easy for us to spy on and we have been keeping tabs on him. We have already found out his parentage.

MengTian was born from a mortal mother, part of the main branch Xue clan of the current Xue clan and whom was also then the concubine of the immortal emperor, Huang LiWei. We don't know who is his immortal father but we assume it was the Emperor Huang. His trusted commander, LaoHai, was the descendant of Xue Fei (concubine)'s handmaiden, whom had sworn her family into serving Xue Fei's only child, MengTian, at Xue Fei's deathbed.

MengTian was the person behind the dissent amongst the Cai and Xue, but few days ago had their setbacks as the Xue kingdom General had taken over his rebel base at the Cai kingdom borders.

The family of LaoHai has faithfully and loyally served and guarded their master, MengTian, who is very sheltered and spoilt. LaoHai is the last of his family to be the guardian of MengTian to reach his dreams. MengTian who is a half-immortal, age slower than normal humans, but his knowledge of the immortal world is pathetic.

His own powers are just very common immortal power such as speed and strength. Sadly, he doesn't have the wisdom of an immortal, yet he wants what Xue Concubine had promised him of - world domination. This MengTian thinks he is he second coming after his supposed father, Huang LiWei and he is to recover the legacy of emperor of all nations.

The other matter you had entrusted me with - Quan kingdom. The reason of why barrier of Quan had mysteriously disappeared was still unknown. We suspect the unknown immortal entity had left Quan and no longer guarding the kingdom. The other kingdoms still are not allowed to come near, only allowing trusted and recorded past traders to enter their ports.

As we are studying this previously closed kingdom, Quan kingdom is facing their royal turmoil as they are looking for the missing prince, and other royal houses are battling for the throne while the old emperor is trying to hold on to his powers.

On the mainland, Sheng kingdom continues to be dependent for food trade. MengTian had almost secure to monopolize grain supply and become Sheng kingdom main grain supplier but Helan family had provided incentives to Cai kingdom to provide a safe trade route for their caravans.

Both Cai and Sheng kingdoms seem peaceful but their peace princess brides from either kingdoms had miscarried and were to weak to bear children for both the Cai and Sheng emperors. Both kingdoms of willing to have their lineages spread to either clan.

Xue emperor know of this situation and is sending a son of his, the 9th prince, who is known to be scholarly and good looking to the Sheng kingdom, hoping to seek a marriage alliance with Sheng."

The detailed report had gone on and Lim HeQi, who never cared about mortal affairs, had almost nodded to sleep. He had at first listened avidly about MiYue's part but soon lost interest at the later part.

"So where should we go next?" KunPeng asked his leader, whom at this time had his eyes glued to the map.

"Let's check the Sheng's beauties and pay a overdue visit to TianDao cult leader," He FeiQuan smiled genially.
