On a large dining table filled with various dishes, a family of three sat as they ate their breakfast.

Grabbing a glass of orange juice, the older man sitting at the head of the table sips out of it to wash the pancakes he had earlier down his throat. After he had his fill, he placed the glass back on the table before glancing at his wife and son munching at the edge of the table.

"Son, a friend of mine is enrolling his goddaughter into your school today. Her name is Gwen Carmichaels, so please take good care of her. "

The boy and the woman seated at the table both raise their heads at the man's words each having different reactions to it. The woman glared at her husband while her son remained indifferent with no change in his emotions but his stoic expression showed that he wasn't pleased with his dad's requests.
