In a hidden laboratory in the United States.
"So, what do you want to work on?" Howard asks
"Are the rest of the commandos on a mission?" Sandstorm asks
"Yeah, the mission is to take out a base then a mobile train base we got intel about recently." Howard says
"Okay, dad... that's weird." Sandstorm says
"Take your time. So what's the big idea you have in your head?" Stark asks looking at his genius adopted daughter.
"Have you heard of the Manhattan project?" Sandstorm asks while Stark stares at the girl that's way above her security clearance.
"What if we used the the heat of the fission reaction to heat up water and turn a turbine?" Sandstorm asks
"That could generate electricity?" Stark asks slowly starting to understand.
"Right wouldn't it be a cleaner energy source than burning coal or oil for electricity?" Sandstorm asks
"Yes it would, not to mention the amount of power it can generate for decades at a time without needing to replace the material." Stark says finally understanding.
"Yeah the only dangerous thing would be the waste material." Sandstorm says
"We can design it and sell it to the country after the war." Howard says
"We won't build it?" Sandstorm asks
"We make weapons, we won't compete with energy companies yet." Howard says
'He already has an idea for the fusion reactor?' Sandstorm thinks
"If it's weapons do planes count?" Sandstorm asks wanting to introduce the concept of a jet engine early.
'Bullet proof and resistance vest also ought to increase the war in our favor.'
"They can? You seem to also have multiple ideas. Your facial expressions give it away daughter." Howard says
Sandstorm suddenly makes her way over to the blueprint papers and starts drawing a junkers jumo 004 engine. Mass produced in 1944 by the Germans as the main power plant for jet fighters.

"When you said planes, I was not expecting you to make the turbo prop engine obsolete." Howard says
"Wait till I make bullets obsolete." Sandstorm says
"Sure." Howard says however he seems to be sweating.
"Dad?" Sandstorm asks
"Yes Alia?" Howard says
"Are you going to contact the American air force or am I?" Sandstorm asks
Howard quickly runs out to call his friends at Corsair. Same company that made the F4U
Sandstorm starts stealing the messerschmitt Me 262. And just had Storm bird written at the top of the blue print.
'Germany may have tested it in 1942 and introduced it in 1944, lets see if we can beat them.' Sandstorm says
'It's a shame what they say about German engineering being true.' Sandstorm thinks about the 21st century and how the technology from this war will get us to the moon. Then the technology improved from the race to the moon gave everyone what they have in the 2000.
'I really miss my sneakers. These shoes hurt.'
Howard comes back in.
"Come on Alia we are going to go out for dinner to celebrate!" Howard says happily.
"Okay dad." Alia says before leaving the drawing board.

"Do I have to wear a dress?" Sandstorm asks
"Yes, as of yesterday you where the Heiress to my company." Howard says
"What if you have a biological kid?" Sandstorm says
"I don't know if that will happen. Now let's go to that nice restaurant for officers." Howard says

"Hello, may I have your order." The waitress says without freaking out about Howard
"Yes can I get the New York strip." Sandstorm says with an American accent.
"Certainly, and you sir?" The waitress asks
Howard seems to be staring at her.
"Same thing as her." Howard says
"Certainly." The waitress says and leaves
"I believe I found a possible business partner in the future. He is a sophomore in college." Howard says
"We could always send some stuff to him to test him." Sandstorm says
"Why would we do that?" Howard does
"Simple we tell him if he gets it right he's guaranteed a job and you will find the rest of his education." Sandstorm says
"They won't be easy questions will they?" Howard asks
"We are going to come up with thin together. What's his name?" Sandstorm asks
"Obadiah Stane." Howard says
