Chương 17: Chapter 17:We beat them to dead.

The bear's mouth fell towards Brutus' neck. But when the bear's droppings reached Brutus' blow and the mouth closed. Something unusual happened. The fangs broke. Meanwhile Prometheus had his arm bitten by a bear, he was bleeding to death and had no weapon left. Yet he still continued to make the gestures and say the words to perform the rank 0 spell. His spell was called impossible vision. It allowed you to show your opponent what you wanted, but only one thing. This means that it could create the illusion in the cubs that the other cubs were Prometheus. For a spell of illusion of rank 0 to work, either the person who suffered the spell had to be willing or have a weak mind, such as the one of a child.

Prometheus began to smile his spell was over. A white light blinded all the cubs, then they began to attack each other. The fighting was bloody, the bears kicked each other with their claws, they bit each other, the blood spurted in all directions. After a few minutes, there was only one bear left, Prometheus looked at him with a wide smile. He was the one who disarmed him. It could make a good story.)

Prometheus turned his head, to see how Brutus was doing. He was currently fighting a boxing match against the bear. Or rather he was boxing the bear. The scene was rather funny to see, a two-metre man beating up a five-metre bear. But before the bear was knocked down by Brutus, he received an arrow in the head.

Nicolas looked at Brutus with disgust.

- Why would you do that to an animal, you might as well kill it. Instead of torturing him in front of his children's bodies.

He also gave Prometheus a bruised look early on.

- I saw what you did to the last bear, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Prometheus looked at Nicolas.

- It was me or him. What did you want me to do?

- That you kill him with a minimum of respect, and without your sadistic smile. Maybe you don't understand, but his bears saw their mothers being beaten by a man. Wouldn't you have done as if your mother was being attacked?

Prometheus looked down, he had in reality been older than Nicolas, but he was not more mature. He thought, "If we had done this to my mother, I would have done it like his cubs. Nicolas took the floor again:

- Prometheus, your problem is not that you're stupid like Brutus.

- Hey, that's not cool.

- Your problem is, it looks like you lost your empathy.

Prometheus didn't know what to say, so he kept quiet and started carrying the bodies of baby bears to the cave. Nicolas decided to put the bodies at the bottom of the cave, then told Prometheus to sleep, he then went with Brutus to do the guard.

The next day Prometheus woke up around 11:00. He felt in good shape compared to yesterday, he was almost no longer tired, but he felt a terrible hunger. Precisely, he smells a delicate smell of smoked meat. Prometheus got up and began to follow the smell. It led him to Brutus who was cooking meat in front of the entrance of the cave.

- What are you doing, Brutus?

- Ehhh, nothing, go.

Prometheus headed towards Brutus and sat next to him.

Brutus scratched his back of the head.

- He lived here. In the ice mountain, but I don't see the connection.

Prometheus stood up and looked at Brutus.
