both clearly one step away from entering the king tier aka the first transcendence for a pokemon meaning tan will get his first transcendence from them ....
Taking newly acquired shaymin in account he is currently training 8 pokemons ...
On the other hand one important thing was due to massive improvements of all his pokemons he himself got some power ups by input of energies from his pokemons.....
slowly but surely made his body more perfect & slightly evolved than his previous one ....dark wastages from his body were being released from his body like sweats which lead him to quicky go to shower .....even his psychic power increased by little...not that he have any control on his psychic powers due to lack of training...but he could now float small objects or do some small tricks etc.
Also due to all this him despite being a 10 years old looked like a handsome 15 years old boy with decent height...with his metallic silver hair & semi formal style clothing...he can said to pretty handsome.....
Indeed seeing his new looks one thing tan became more affirmed of was that indeed its crueler world than his previous world...
As here fangs of capitalism, nepotism etc is more sharper ....almost cutting off any chance of those underprivileged to do anything for their situation...heck they cant even rebel against those super powerful trainers....
but its not that tan got any problem with it rather it worked in favour of him ...

well battle frontier & its frontier brains are pretty much open secret to all of hoenn & kanto as those with some higher permission in pokenet could easily see their information.....
well long story short tan & Lucy beat the shit out of the wannabe goons of black market and later tan was dragged into a bar by Lucy to Express her gratitude,
*Sigh* what Lucy didn't bothered to ask was tan's age .....and tan also pretty much forgot about his age due to being in deep discussions with Lucy until he drank the alcohol.....
well the expected happened...a body in puberty plus alcohol equals mess...
as before Lucy could react tan started to kiss her like a wild beast at the corner of bar where they were chatting...and Lucy only returned the favor by kissing him more intensely....
