Chương 5: Second chance .

In the morning, one employees tells his co workers that Denise is resigning but none of them believe him. Denise walks in and tells them it's true,shooting down their wild gusset as to her reason and simply saying it's personal.

The two female employees Sarah and Victoria join Denise in the break room to talk about her resignation. sarah pays close attention to how Denise makes tea for Austin Young assuming it will be her job one Denise is gone because (she thinks )she's the prettiest women in the office. Victoria huffs indignantly and Denise escape as soon as Sara looks away, ha

Up in Austin Young office he sees Denise makes a note when his chair quites (makes noice) a bite occasionally so i was just checking it out . He tells her that he knows exactly what she is thinking . He says confidently that she not really thinking of quitting, but she says he wrong. he asks if it's the long hours he makes her work, but instead of answering ,Denise tells him that she'll do her best to find a perfect replacement. bows and walks out of his office.

When she finishes posting the job description Denise looks up to see Austin glaring at her angrily. but he just tells her to push back his afternoon meeting and that he'll eat lunch at home

Austin visit Nathan Park ( Director ) office .

This sofa way too stiff. you should change it. Nathan it's brand new. Who would pay for something like this. Nathan mutters 'you seriously.

Austin if you want to take a break shouldn't you do it in your own office.

Austin says Nathan , what's with the attitude towards your superior? this is my company is can relax wherever I want ,Aren't you overstepping the boundaries of our friendship?

My deepest apologies Mr vice president. Please do forgive me. I happen to have a small mountain of paperwork I need to do through in order to run your company smoothly. so if you need to speak about something, I will personally come find you after work.

Austin says I just want to know why Denise is quitting.

Nathan tells him that Denise is practically a saint for staying with you for nine years. he tells Austin that all relationship no matter how good you are. he gets a little emotional thinking about his marriage which got worse after 3 ,6 and 9 years and ended in 10 year.

Austin tells him to get to the point and orders not to cry. Nathan says he needs to talk to Denise and make a breakthrough. Nathan offers to help but Austin quits him 'you got divorce because you couldn't well , he is not wrong.

inside his office Austin thinks hard about how to make a breakthrough. he calls Denise and reminds her that he doesn't give second chance but for her he offers to make exception for her and even to promote her to director with her own assistant and company car. if you need anything don't hold back just ask. however you can't resigned you have to keep working for me.

Austin says with a smile you'll never get an offer like this anywhere else and you won't find another employer who as perfect as me.
