Average continuation to an amazing story, no fault on the author's side though. Translation could have been better, or at least stuck closer to the original style. Even so, more chapters would be appreciated.. 2 years now without updates 😢
I see only 60 chapters and no more. I'll say this book ended in the prequel. Ended well and no need to drag the story on, the title of the book says its end and that's why I kept reading. He became an immortal and that's cool, I won't forget that.

Its really annoying that such an awsome Story wont be continued.. They even stop in the middle of the story which is even more infuriating. The story is a continuation of road of a mortals journey to immortality, which is imo one of the best cultivation novels out there. Mc is smart and cautious, very powerful but not op where fights aren't interesting anymore Power ups feel earned, enemy's have motivations which are understandable and they act in a cautious manner aswell which makes way more sense than the hot-headed "elders" in other story's who have a shorter fuse than most teenagers... All in all its a shame that such a jewel doesn't get continued only because this site won't sell the rights or continue themselves.... Shamless behaviour to say the least
The raw novel was already completed a few months ago but here in web novel, the translator is still taking a break. It has been more than a year already since the last chapter. This is really frustrating.

I really hope they continue translating this novel. Really enjoyed the mortal journey. strongly recommend reading the first, since this is a continuation from it.
In the first dozen of chapters we are introduce to the MC's fox friend. After a cool fight, we are once again are put through the torture of reading the MC losing his powers for the fourth time in the story, but now we have to deal with his apparent lack of memories on top of it. This is completely ridiculous for the author to think that this was a good idea to start the second part of his book. And don't forget guys, this fic takes place right after the MC goes to the Fairy World right when he REGAINED his powers for the THIRD TIME. I really don't know if I should even attempt reading this any longer. This author clearly grew to big for his own good and created a disaster of a story so far. As of now the first translator has done a horrible job with the translation. By giving characters names like White Jade and Daoist This and That. It is clearly obvious this work is derived from google translate with little time put into fixing the grammar and sentence structures. Overall I'll wait till a good 200 chapters are translated. So I can skip a head where we have a MC who is back to his previous strength. Right now this fic is a solid 2/5 for everything being subpar. I'll update this with in the next five years.

Hope this get translated. The pre-quel is the best novel i've ever read. In previous book, I love all about how to build the MC. How slow pace the MC is build. So I realy want to see how the development character for Han Li in this book.
Is this novel dead now? It's kinda early to get a big readership at the moment as nobody wants to spoil the previous book that isn't finished translating yet...
