Chương 122: Bad Luck

"W-Where is this?" Belen hazily glances at her surroundings, "w-who is next to me?" She looks to her left to see her little brother walking by her side. The warmth of the evening sun is setting upon the two as they're walking alongside the sidewalk when Belen looks ahead to see her mother, Ernestina leading them somewhere.

She couldn't help but wonder where the two were going by following their mother as they entered a run-down house in the streets of East LA. 

Belen automatically knew she must be dreaming since her little brother was standing by her side. But, of course, he matched her height, so if she had to guess, "…Am I f-fifteen years old?"

Belen looks down to examine her body with her eyes when she nervously looks over at her mother talking to some old elderly outside by the porch.

Belen and Emiliano were staring at the elderly lady from afar when Ernestina gestured for them to come closer.
