Chương 5: Wiped Out
In a dark starry night, five people are walking with three persons holding a torch. The group are all Fighters with their red crystal in their bracelets.
"Rick, are you sure you saw an unopened
red-type treasure chest?" the leader of the group asked.
There are treasure chests scattered around the realm but are very hard to come by. The chests shine with different colors which differ the rarity of the item inside it. The types are also the same as the weapons and armors like violet and below. Sometimes it may also contain amulets that has different uses.
"Yes boss I just couldn't get it because a lion is guarding it."Rick replied.
"How strong is the lion we're talking about?"
"I don't know, didn't dare go near it or fight it because it is bigger than a normal bear.
After 30 minutes of walking, Rick told them to walk slowly and make no sound because they may alert the lion. 5 more minutes of walking slowly they can now see the cave that Rick was talking about. The cave's entrance is bigger than the small houses in the village. They slowly entered the cave and truned off their torches. But as they go deeper they saw a red light shining out of the cave.
"I told you boss there's an unopened red-type chest here."Rick whispered.
They entered a large dome shaped space. They also saw the chest lying at the end of the dome. They were also frightened because the lion is bigger than they thought. When the lion saw them it launched itself into the group. The group was starlted by this and scattered away just like the lion wanted but the leader just stand there with a sword on his hands.
"Fire!!!"
But before the lion could get near the leader, two of them fired an arrow towards the lion. Unfortunately, the lion just continued running towards the leader.
"Shit!" the leader jumped on the side to evade the ferocious attack. He immediately
stand up and shouted."Keep firing!!!". The archers shoot arrows non-stop by the lion didn't just care and launched another attack at the leader but this time he's sure he's gonna be killed. But before the lion hit the leader one fo the men jumped in front of the leader to the one get hit instead.
"Roar!"...
The person flew and hit the wall bleeding. The leader got time to run and archers are still shooting. Atleast 15 arrows are now on the lion's body but it just caused a little bit of bleeding. Rick stared at the person that got hit, it was his bestfriend Josh. Because of anger Rick clenched his
fist and summoned his broadsword. He ran towards the lion that now had also hit the two archers causing them to fly and spit out a handful of blood. Rick swinged his sword at the back of the lion.
"Roooaaarrr!"the lion let out a scream of agony. Rick hit him right into the back. The lion turned around and faced the person who hit him. But as it turned around.
Roooaaarrr!"it let out another scream of agony. The leader hit him at the back as well. The lion then leaped slowly towards the chest. The leader thought lion is now weak to fight so it is retreating. But when the leader got near the lion, the lion launched his claws and hit him, causing him to fly backwards and spit some blood. Now the lion has only one enemy so it turned around towards Rick. Rick froze in there, scared on what might happen to him. The lion slowly filled the gap between him and Rick. Rick tried to run but the lion is big enough to outrun. The lion jumped towards him and launched and attack.
The lion just wiped out five people in less than an hour. The lion started walking towards one of the archers, drooling. But when it was near him, a man with a dagger had entered the cave running towards him, the lion launched itself as well. But when they are close to each other the man slide between the legs of the lion and with dagger in hands he cut the lion's stomach but it didn't cut too much. The man then got a bow and arrow from the unconscious archer and aim for the eye of the lion.
