Chương 30: 30 The making of a monster
So, that's what she is. Rona, a spoiled brat of a wealthy couple who raised from rugs to riches.
My father had gathered information about Rona and her parents, mostly about how Rona lost her temper with petty reasons and sometimes with no reason at all.
Father also knew that Rona married one of their employee's son Richard. They used to be playmates when they were young. Richard's mother was asked by Jolina to bring Richard in the office during summer, or on holidays and weekends or when there was no classes so Rona could have a playmate because she's choosy on who to play with. Unlike other children, Rona was fond of Richard and was generous of lending her toys and other stuff. In fact, she asked her mother to enrol Richard to her school, buy Richard school supplies, shoes, uniform and other stuff so they could be together most of the time. Jolina did not see the effect of giving Rona all her requests, all she knew was the unconditional love she had for her only child Rona. Since they are of same grade level, they were classmates and best of friends. Their world is just for the two of them, Rona never allowed anybody to enter their friendship. She would bully them out specially when she see other children interested in Richard.
Richard was welcome anytime in their mansion to play with Rona. They were always seen playing in the garden, sometimes swimming in the pool. They were also fond of playing video games together or just watching movies in Rona's room. They were inseparable.
Then one day, when Father Roel came home that sunny afternoon, he passed Rona's room and the door was slightly opened, he saw with his two eyes, all naked Rona, was riding like a horse in Richard's naked body.
Soon after, their marriage was arranged. Rona and Richard at 15 were tied to each other.
At first, they seemed happy together but a year after, Richard felt suffocated. At a young age, he felt he had no freedom at all. He felt he was like a prisoner in Rona's possessiveness. Rona also tend to be violent and aggressive, often times, Richard was hurt physically. There was even a time when Rona got so angry with her husband's silence and suddenly stabbed Richard's arm with a ball pen. He then started to escape from Rona's eyes. Often times, he would go home to his parents and locked himself in his previous room. He got lonely each day in Rona's presence and Rona on the other hand, literally became a cruel monster.
