In Shanghai, Cacha had nothing much to do. She just wasted her day time by upgrading her cooking level. As the result, Kenichi gained few kilo in short time. Other than cooking, she also learned the language. She hoped she would be able to help him sometime in the future.
Kenichi new project in Shanghai was not as hard as he expected. He had plenty free time. He tooked her to travel around on the weekend to compensate her to make up their postponed honey moon.
Grandma and Grandpa Anderson came to visit the couple in mid November. The project was on the track and with this rate, Kenichi was able to do his job earlier than schedule. Since there was nothing they could do, the elders then decided to travel around the country for a week before they went back home.
Early of December, Kenichi had sent his proposal to the head quarter. His father and uncle were very pleased it. When they presented the proposal to the board directors, it was approved straight away.
"Babe, lets book ticket to visit mum and dad. We'll spend christmas with them"
"How about the project ?"
"All done. I just need to handle them to Mr Honda"
"Should we go back home first ? You have alot of work to do"
"It's nearly the end of the year. Anyway, this year is hectic one, I need a break too"
"Alright than. My sister is also going home this Christmas. Ah.. after so many years, we, five siblings, finally can time together" Cacha was very happy. She sent text to her siblings right away.
Her brothers had planned to celebrate new year together on the country side. They asked their sister to join them. However, Sasha planned to travel to the north part of the country to enjoy the beach. She coaxed Cacha to join her.
Cacha had trouble to decide. she was not sure if Kenichi wished to go.
One night, kenichi was working on his laptopn on the bed. Cacha applied her skin mosturiser then she sat next to him "Darling, My brothers asked us to celebrate new year together in country side but my sister asked us to go with her to the north part of the country. What do you think ?"
"why don't we celebrate new year first with the whole family and travel to the north after ?"
"Do we have enough time ?"
He saved the file and closed his laptop. "Why not ?"
She took the laptop and placed it on the bedside table "We have left the country for long time, how about your work ?"
He stroked her hair gently "It's ok. I can do my work remotely. I did that way when I was in Zuric, Every thing went very well"
She hugged him and rubbed her head on his chest liked a kitten "My hubby is awesome"
"Of course. have your periode ended ?"
Cacha nodded
"Good" He placed her on the bed and started kissing her.
"I have to book tickets"
"I did it just now. We fly home on 23rd"
"Oh... really"
"mm. lets keep the light on"
She was hopeless. He always got what he wanted.
In december, Northern part of the globe was in winter, but southern part was in the middle of summer. Australia was in southern part so it was in the middle of summer. They did not bring summer clothes with them, so they sent most of the clothes home and left only few pairs. They planned to buy summer clothes there.
Kuro and Ren were excited when they knew Kenichi had sent his belonging home.
"Bro, when will you be home ?" Kuro called him.
"Mid of January. Why ?"
"Are you going back to your father place ? Can you come home earlier ?"
"I want to spend time with my in laws. I haven't visit them since our wedding"
Kuro signed. He forgot that Kenichi was a marry man "Ren and me have to spend new year lonely"
Kenichi snorted "where are the girls ?"
"Don't you know that Ann is back to her parents home ? And Elena, she takes Kimiko with her. Your friend kidnaps my sister"
He remembered now, while ago Cacha told him briefly about Kimiko and Piero "Enjoy your time then.. see you next month"
"You Jerk !!"
Cacha arrived to her homeland with her husband on Christmas eve. As soon as she came out from the arrival gate, she spotted Alan.
"Third Brother"
"How are you, dear ?" Alan rubbed her head
"I'm great. Where is mum ? and Dad ?" She looked around looking for her parents.
"They are at home"
"oh.. how about Hugh ?"
"At home, He's too busy playing with his cousins"
"Third brother" Kenichi greeted.
"You gain weight" Alan was stunned.
"What can I do ? Lately, My wife find new hobby, cooking. And I need to finish the dishes"
Alan nodded "well, it's us, married men's destiny" He pinched his stomach, he also had belly fat "Our two brothers are the same"
Kenichi nodded "Start from today,We have to exercise together"
"What are you two talking about, lets go home. It's too warm here. I need to shower" Cacha pouted at her brother.
"Alright" Alan shook his head. From five siblings, this little sister was the most bossy one. She became more bossy now, her husband must spoiled her well.
Cacha was actually very tired. She did not sleep well during the flight. She wanted to get shower then had a nice nap. However, her fatigue disappeared as soon as she saw all her siblings at home.
"Don't you guys go to Dad's shop ?" She remembered their shop was always very busy on Christmas eve.
"Just came back" Nick said.
"Oh.. where is mum ?"
Sean pointed the kitchen.
Cacha rushed to the kitchen and left her husband behind. Nick looked at Kenichi and grinned "As soon as the ladies are together, we are always abandoned"
"We are lucky" Hans tapped Kenichi shoulder.
Kenichi sat with the brothers then they had light conversation. Mostly the topic was about to lost weight and brought their body shape back.
As soon as Cacha saw her mother. She hugged her. Watching her mum was preparing dinner with her sisters, Cacha asked curiously "What are you guys cooking ?" She took few noddle with her finger.
Sasha slapped her fingers "Wash your hand first".
She wriggled her nose to Sasha. Cacha frowned as she saw stir-fry noddle, steam fish and chicken were already on the table but Mrs Feng and Alice were still cooking.
"Why are you cooking so many food ?" Cacha asked again and stole a piece of chicken.
"Today is someone birthday. Mum insisted to cook" Jasmine was cutting some veggie. Her belly was very big now.
"They don't stay here. very rare I can cook for Kenichi" Mrs Feng said as she put the carrot onto the wok.
"How about my husband mum ?" Sasha protested.
"I'll cook for him too if I'm around on his birthday"
"Thank you mum. you're the best" Sasha put her thumb up.
Cacha froze and slapped hee forhead "Oh No.. I forgot to wish him happy birthday"
She went to her mother side "Mum, have my parcel arrived yet ?"
"Four boxes. I have put them on your room"
"Four ? What did you buy ?" Alice asked.
"Clothes and of course my hubby birthday present"
"Clothes ?" Michelle asked.
"Yes. We don't have summer clothes"
"I see. No wonder some of them look familiar. Cha, pass me the soy sauce"
Cacha gave the soy sauce bottle to her mum "Hahah.. yes mum. I bought them from Eldest sister shop"
"Thank you" Alice giggled.
Sasha sniffed "Cha.. you smell very bad. Go and have shower first"
Cacha snifffed her self "I smell okay"
"When was the last time you take shower ?" Michelled teased.
"Yesterday. But I didn't sweat at all"
Mrs Feng shook her head "Cha, You and Kenichi take shower first. Dinner is ready soon"
"Okay" Cacha left the kitchen. She stopped at the door and ran back to her mother "Mum, thank you. You're the best. Love you" She kissed her mother cheek then ran away.
Sasha giggled "She never change"
