Chương 7: Chapter 7:Damn those cute little puppy eyes!
I woke up next morning. By my side, Harry was sleeping soundly with his angel like face. Seriously how can a person be that cute, I had no idea. And then he woke up looking sleepy while rubbing his eyes with his little hands. Is there a way that I could hold him whole day and play with him, no Natsu no, he's not a teddy bear, get a hold of yourself!.
He looked at me and said "Brother, what are you doing?" He said brother! Brother!, I jumped upon him, hugged him and said "Nothing, Good morning!!"
Then we got to the kitchen and start eating breakfast. And he looked at me with those little puppy eyes and said "Can you teach me to do magic like you do, brother?" arrgghh damn those little puppy eyes, how can I say no to that? And at the end, the brother he said. Seriously is he learned that look from me when I do that to mother?. If those eyes had been a weapon, there would be no war, mark my words!
I immediately hugged him "Of course you little devil, but know this, wandless magic is extremely hard, very few wizard are able to do it, I started because I couldn't wait to get my wand and my mother won't give hers to me, but I could teach you some. Also when I run in the morning, you're going to join me. And I'll teach you how to meditate and occlumency. And in the spare time I'll teach you wandless magic, after breakfast I'll show you some books,okay?"
He jumped to me, hug me and said with those eyes "You're the best brother there is!" Argghh, again those eyes! I'm not going to let him control me with those eyes, no absolutely not. But, I looked at him again and sighed, when he looks that happy, I can't do anything else to ruin that.
For the next year, we started to train. He is really good with wandless magic, I guess he is not the protagonist of the books for nothing. He really is a genius in defense against the dark arts. I also try to teach him some runes, but he found them a little complicated, he is surprisingly good at potions, i guess in the books it's all Snape's fault. Although when I think about, despite Snape's best efforts, he was in Slughorn's NEWT class. I also taught to him occlumency, cause he's need to protect his mind from Voldemort and those mind rapers at Hogwarts. He start to build a mindscape like mine, we tried to use legilimency to each other, I was happy to finally able to use legilimency. And mum and I showed him the Diagon Alley, he loved it there. His face when he saw the Diagon Alley for first time, ahhh absolutely delightful. He was so cute! ehmm ehmm we're getting out of topic. And for his seventh birthday, Mom got us two brooms. My birthday was a day before Harry's, in case you didn't know of it. He was so happy that he didn't stop jumping around all day. Arhhh, I can't help but to spoil him. But let me tell you, he's really good with broom, he may be just a seven years kid, but he's better than most adults in his first time in the air, according to mum anyway. For the next year with his puppy eyes, he literally squeezed all my knowledge from me. I thought him everything I can. When his eight birthday come, he's able to do the spells up to third year in Hogwarts curriculum wandlessly. His occlumency shields were really solid. He was able to withstand my full legilimency attack. His body also began to develop, his baby fat was at a little decrease much to my chagrin. His built started look like mine, lithe and slightly muscular.
But this day has a different meaning to me. Yesterday I turned eleven. So my Hogwarts letter should come any day now. Actually isn't it supposed to be happen already? From I remember, it was July,24th for Harry's. Anyway I can't wait to be go to Hogwarts, there is so much to do, so much to learn. I can't wait to see it's library, And the restricted section!! My eyes literally sparkled. And if I get to the Ravenclaw, their private library, oh I can't wait. My only concern is the fact that I have to leave Harry here while I'm gone. What am i going to do without those puppy eyes, what am I going to without his hugs. Arghh agony! Can I take him with me? He could stay in Room of Requirements, no? Ahh, I almost forgot about the Room of Requirements, I'm going to so abuse that room! I wonder if I want the books from restricted section or headmaster's own book collection, will it give to me? I guess I just have to wait and see. Also even in the Knockturn Alley there isn't much books about Warding, Healing, Ritual Magic, Alchemy, Curse Breaking etc. I hope RoR able to give me some. I've started basics in all of those subjects, but I am still a bit away from the mastery. Oh and I can safely say that, I'm already at mastery level at Defense, Potions, Runes, Charms and Transfiguration. Arithmancy and Herbology are where I am a little shaky, and I don't have much experience in Care of the Magical Creatures and Astronomy. And frankly I don't give a damn about Divination. And for History of Magic, I can safely say thay I'm way better than some ghost.
When I was lost in my thoughts, there was a knock in my bedroom's window and saw there a brown owl that pecking the window and with a letter at his beak.
