Chương 3: Chapter 3: Planning
So I began my act. I start running to livingroom to my mum who places the cups to the board and yelled "Mom!, Mom!".
"What is it sweety?Slow down." she smiled.
"Mom I was sitting in my bed, and wanna play with snowball and suddenly snowball in my desk flew over to me! And I got scared, and then it blowed up!" i said while sobbing.
"What?!" she said and turned abruptly.
I threw myself over her and hugged her. She said "Shhh, it's okay baby." while patting my back and trying to calm me down.
"You think you can do that again?" she said as if she know it was no accidental magic.
"I think so." i said while lifting my arm and pointing towards to fireplace and I whispered. Then photo frame over the fireplace flew over towards us.
"Honey, you don't have to be afraid, you're a wizard, and a powerful one at that i'll say. I mean when wizards and witches are young, they do accidental magic but almost never intentional. And i'm also a witch, honey. Though, your father is a muggle, meaning is non-magical people. " and then she told me all about magical world. It turns out she is from the Black family. Yes the Black Family!! When her father Alphard Black who is Sirius Black's uncle learned that she wanna be married to a muggle, he threw her out of family. It turns out my mother had a mastery in potions and defense against the dark arts. And she worked as an auror. When she is in muggle area with Obliviators for a case, he met my father and fall in love. Then she explained the Statue of Secrecy. And then we talked about Hogwarts and when I can get my own wand.
"Mum, did you know that I have magic, is that why you adopted me?" i had to ask.
"What? No, honey, of course not, we had no idea you were a wizard. It doesn't matter to us you're a wizard or not. We love you either way." said while hugging him.
"So mum, where can I find books on magic?, I want to learn a bit " i asked with big puppy eyes.
She sighed " Come with me. When I left my family, i've taken quite a bit books. It's not like you're going to be able to use it anyway, so a little knowledge can't hurt."
We went upstairs and she showed me her trunk. I gasped, there was thousands of books here. I literally burst out with happiness. Mum laughed out loud at my expression and left me there with books. Before she left, she said " You could take any books from there, but you have to show it to me first. Believe me I will know if you have not. And in the first row, there are books about history of magic and Hogwarts curriculum, you should start with those. I know if you find something interesting, you would got lost in time, even forget to eat. Remember, you have plenty of time to study those at Hogwarts. You don't have to exhaust yourself, sweety."
When my mother left, I start to think of a plan. First I should decide whether I want to follow the canon and stay out of it or I should interfere. My most important advantage of this dangerous world is the foreknowledge that I have. When I think about it, there isn't any significant loss until Cedric's death. Maybe Sirius will suffer less if I interfere, but I couldn't risk it. And there is the fact that how would I explain how I know Sirius is innocent. But most importantly I couldn't risk it. Sorry Sirius, but you have to bear with it for a bit. I'm three years older than Harry , which means I'll be in seventh year when Voldemort's resurrection takes place. In these ten years, I have to get strong, I mean really strong, like I could duel with him at ease strong.
I should start doing a list. First thing I'm going to learn is occlumency. I mean with those mind rapists Snape and Dumbledore are around, I should be able to protect my secrets. And before I go to Hogwarts, I should finish entire Hogwarts curriculum. At least on the theoretical side. I mean I only could do wandless magic before going to Hogwarts. Now that's a challenge. Both Dumbledore and Voldemort are proficient in wandless magic. I'm going to try doing first couple year's spells wandless before I go to Hogwarts. It's not like I have an another choice anyway. Hmm, maybe I should learn about animagus transformations as well, it could be really useful, but that's for later I guess.
