Not only the NPC soldiers are there, but I can also spot a lot of players as well. Seeing the number of players participating, it's not just small guilds but also huge guilds present. Seeing some carrying the flags and banners of their guilds means they have passed the 200-player threshold since they only get those the moment they have developed their guild house and expanded their facilities to accommodate 200 players.
