The status that Rin have was almost the same as Illya except in magic status. And Rin have more skill than Illya.

When Shirou are seeing his Status Plate, Shirou job was the Ultimate Black Smith, and his basic status except for magic are more higher than all of his wives except Arturia. His skill even more plenty than his wife because all the thing he do.
The content of Sakura status plate was the same as Rin except she got another skill because of the time when she live with the Matou. And Sakura did not happy with the skill she got from the Matou.
Arturia Status plate are showing a state that was abnormal even more higher than Shirou. Because she was basically a Servant. And her job was a Princess Knight. Her skill was the same as Kouki when he was a normal Hero except Arturia have an extra skill like Mana Burst and Excalibur Blast. And the skill that making her confused was a Big Eater Skill, why did she can have a weirs skill like that was something she didn't know.
And for Rider status is also abnormal, but not as abormal as Arturia. She have a special skill like petrifying eyes and riding skill.
