Chương 52: Ifrit (5)
This really looks bad isn't it?
Haruto felt like crying when he saw what Ifrit was trying to do.
That beast was without doubt trying to unleash his most devastating attack, Hellfire.
Just like the name, it was an attack by gathering the flames of hell and compressed them before launching them to the enemy.
All the magma and fire from the ground around Haruto was absorbed and gathered to Ifrit's mouth high in the sky.
Before long the strongest hell flame would be released from his mouth and struck against Haruto's body, along with his surroundings. The attack power of that flame was several times more than even the previous flame sphere.
He maybe could escape using teleportation but if he do that Ifrit's attack will turned the entire Granger's territory to ashes.
Not to mention his friends was still near. Asami too had yet to be free. If he tried to save them all, there won't be enough time.
That's right, now that he's thinking about Asami, he could feel a change on her energy. It was no longer static but waving chaotically. He could tell his friends was doing their best to bring Asami to resist the control and he felt proud of the three of them.
A smile of satisfaction formed on his face and with that his fighting spirit was rising to the sky.
That's why he too must do his part here.
Cupping his hands to the side he charged his most favorite technique, preparing himself to clash against the Hellfire.
"Ka...me...."
*VROOMM*
Haruto's golden aura radiated strongly from the intense concentration of his energy. The energy shockwave blown away the smoke around him and a sphere of blue light formed on his hands.
"Ha...
To be honest his condition was very bad. His energy was spent a lot from the battle and He suffered severe burn damage on his body. His arms was full of dark red and black bruises with the skin shaved off, melted by the successive attacks of Ifrit.
The flesh that could be seen from the peeled off skin was roasted and the blood was completely dried, it seemed grotesque.
Before it was extremely painful but right now it felt numb instead. Haruto could no longer feel his arms. And yet as long as he still could move them then he would use them.
"Me...!"
Ifrit already finished his charging and a small sphere of bright red magma clad in sun-like fire was formed right in front of his mouth.
"HAAA!!!"
"ROAAARR!!"
At exactly the same time two different attacks launched against each other. Haruto released the Super Kamehameha while Ifrit spat out the Hellfire.
A massive blue energy beam released from Haruto's hands and from Ifrit's mouth, the small sphere turned into a gigantic sphere resembling a meteor launching at the opposing beam.
*BOOOMMM*
The energy beam and the huge meteor-like sphere met each other in the sky, causing a tremendous explosion and shockwave.
The buildings on miles away was collapsing from the terrible shockwave.
"Hnn..gghhh!!"
Haruto received a horrifying shock on his body when the Super Kamehameha clashed against the Hellfire.
He desperately maintained his thrusted hands forward, pouring power on the Kamehameha wave.
Ifrit was still flying on the sky, his position was held by the force of the Hellfire as he observed his attack colliding against his enemy's.
"Grahahah..."
He growled like laughing at his opponent because he could see his mighty Hellfire was pushing against the blue energy beam. Soon enough the blue light would be completely swallowed by the meteor sphere and extinguished his enemy.
Indeed, Haruto was struggling against the gigantic attack. It's truly unfavorable to match against an attack several times stronger than even the previous flame ball while he already lost the majority of his power from injuries.
His Super Kamehameha wave was being pressed and got closer to Haruto more and more as time passed.
He would indeed got swallowed by the meteor hell flame if this kept up. But his hands was still thrusted forward strongly maintaining his own attack.
Lines of cracks began to formed on his burned hands from the tremendous pressure. his fingers and palms splattered out blood from the cracks, his injured hands could not endure such pressure.
But still his eyes remained resolute with a fearless smile on his face, if he did not stop Ifrit's attack, his friends would be in danger right? That's why....
"Kaio-ken...."
The gigantic meteor still pushing on his energy beam and the distance was awfully close by now while Haruto's hands and energy was reaching their limit.
But that didn't matter because right here and now he would break through his limit!!!
"...TIMES FOUR!!!"
*BYUUUU*
A crimson aura clad Haruto's body in red and in an instant his Super Kamehameha wave burst out violently, pushing back the meteor sphere on the verge of hitting his hands!
"UOOOOOOHHH!!!"
The energy beam was enlarged by several times and this time it was the beam that swallowed the bright red sphere, aiming against the beast in the sky.
"OOOO?!"
Ifrit was stupefied seeing his attack being swallowed by a brilliant blue light. He immediately tried to strengthen the Hellfire but for some reason his body turned rigid and stiff, preventing the action.
The massive blue energy wave disintegrated the meteor flame into ashes and flew through his body in an instant!!
The beam struck perfectly, piercing through the sky, passing the destroyed Ifrit like reversed starfall.
The energy beam faded out and disappeared, leaving behind Haruto dripping blood from his mouth while both of his hands completely shattered into pieces of blood and flesh.
He dropped to the ground already reverted back to his base form. He already could not felt his body and his consciousness was fading away from the intense backlash of combining Super Saiyan 2 form and Kaio-ken x4. It's truly suicidal doing that without utilizing Super Saiyan Blue.
The fact his entire body did not explode was already a miracle considering his body had already been so damaged before. Perhaps it was because it only took about a second due to Ifrit strangely did not fighting back during Haruto's outburst of strength.
Before his consciousness completely faded, he could feel a strange warm covering his body.
.....
"He...did it."
Selianna was flabbergasted with eyes full of shock. The same could be said to the people there near her.
Just a few minutes ago, they could see Ifrit gathering a horrifying attack aiming at the ground.
They knew from the intensity of the flame he gathered it was an extremely dangerous attack. If that hit the ground perfectly, all the entire surroundings would disappear for sure.
Bryan was laughing like a madman when he saw the power Ifrit going to unleash upon. He was so delighted that he didn't bother stopping the beast and let him shown his might freely. Selianna and Rikka was screaming if Bryan's trying to commit suicide but he didn't hear them.
Bryan did not worry about that because Asami's summon's attacks would never harm her companions. Right now Ifrit saw Bryan as his master's companion that's why the fire would never hurt him and Asami.
But just as Ifrit unleashed the mighty Hellfire who launched like a meteor fall from the sky, a similar pillar of blue light appeared from the ground clashing against the incoming meteor sphere.
Rikka and Selianna instantly knew the knew who did that must be Haruto. Right now he was using his own attack to clash against Hellfire!
And yet the blue light was a lot thinner than the meteor fall. Not long after they both collided against each other, the bright orange light pushed the blue light to the ground.
Seeing the meteor fall almost extinguishing the blue light, the girls felt anxious but even so their heart screaming to believe in him.
Then, as if answering their faith and hope, the blue light suddenly intensified, several times larger and swallowed up the bright orange meteor light in an instant and pierced through the sky.
At that moment, they knew the boy had won and cheered gleefully, even Asami whose currently laying on the ground fully exhausted from fighting against the mind control was smiling happily before she closed her eyes and passed out.
During the time the blue light burst out, she finally managed to regain control of Ifrit and prevented him from empowering his attack, allowing Haruto kill the beast in an instant. She was very satisfied with that so she slept with a peaceful smile on her face.
But there's one person who clearly did not happy about the current situation.
"Impossible....that's impossible.. what utter foolishness!!"
Bryan shouted furiously. He couldn't believe his eyes when Ifrit was defeated and perished from the world. Such thing was not acceptable!
How could a young teenage boy like that overpowered his almighty Ifrit!? He already strengthened the beast to tens of times stronger than he was before so naturally his Hellfire became almost a hundred times stronger along with that!! Even so why!?
Unacceptable...Unforgiveable!!
If that's the case then he would force Asami to summon another being!!
"Hey, what are you trying to do!?"
Rikka shouted when he saw raising the rectangular device used to control Asami and pointed towards the laying girl on the ground.
"You think you guys have won huh? I DON'T THINK SO!!"
"I WILL NEVER LOSE, NEVER!! I'M NEVER GOING TO LOSE AGAINST THAT MAN EVER AGAIN!!!"
Selianna couldn't help but opened her eyes in wide, by 'that man' was surely about her father.
Both the girls immediately moved their legs to prevent him from using the device. If Asami who already passed out was forced again by the device to summon another Eidolon she would definitely die!
*BANG!!*
""Agh!!""
But it was hopeless, they were repelled by the magical barrier again and thrown out back a few meters away.
"Hahahaha I really like to see the despairing faces of you girls, serve you right for messing with my plans!!"
Bryan laughed gleefully and sneered at the girls.
"Now, Asami, go and summoned another Eidolon!!" He moved his thumb to the button.
""NO!! STOP!!"" Both the girls screamed out hysterically.
The finger had already reached the button and it only needed a little power to press down the switch. But...

"Whose sister is that do you think you're trying to lay your hands on huh?"

A leg appeared from the darkness and struck against Bryan's back covered by the magical shield. It slammed powerfully and distorted the tough shield not even the girls could do and sent Bryan's flying away before he could activate the controlling device.
"Guha!?" He groaned while flying.
A figure of man landed exactly where Bryan was standing before, with Asami already in his arms, lifted with a princess carry.
The figure was a golden haired boy with green eyes. A flame like golden aura clad his body while he's staring emotionlessly at the man he just blown away with the sleeping beauty on his arms.
It was turned out to be Haruto in his Super Saiyan form. He stood proudly without any sign of injuries.
