Chương 39: The Last Child's Chaos

The wizened voice continued, "The lonely Chaos God Decided to enact the great trick to start his own universe. Though he had killed life in this universe in the effort of self-improvement he could still save his universe."

The Last Child of Chaos after his awakening chose a name for himself, Prometheus. Beginning the long journey back to Order, who was still trying to begin the creation of the universe in vain, the Newborn Prometheus decided to create. Prometheus as he traveled created small planets and solar systems along the way. creating a pathway to the now-dead universe. It took millennia for Prometheus to arrive even after knowing his destination.

The situation was dire when Prometheus arrived Order it seemed would die soon as it couldn't sustain itself after constant torment by the children of Chaos.

As Prometheus saw its light fading he decided to release the newly held light that was concealed within and an explosion of light-filled with source energy expanded outward. The children of Chaos distracted by the light did not notice Order releasing its energy and allowing for the expansion of a universe. By the time the Children of Chaos realized they had been tricked the big bang that started the first universe had already occurred.

Calvis cam back to a dark space that seemed just as uninviting as before but he was no longer panicked about survival if what he just witnessed literally blew his mind such a thing should not be possible but being that existed before the universe was a frightening spot which made Calvis realize that he view was too small.

As Calvis came to the realization of his own unimportance in the grand scheme. A sudden determination overtook him to make sure that wasn't true.

Calvis's wings flicked as they were unconsciously collecting the dense chaos energy in this space the whole time. Calvis's eyes looked reflective and face remained expressionless as hidden thoughts lurked underneath his expression. his face hidden behind darkness only his eyes shone forth as he continued to stare off in space caught in a trance.

The Same Wizened voice as before rang out say, "you shall pass on the torch of Prometheus and so we will gift you with the power of knowledge. We gift you the knowledge of a hidden chaos dimension and how to access it."

A red light shone before a small stone made of durable material Calvis had never seen before floated in the air in front of him

Calvis touched the stone as soon as it reached eye level and suddenly an image of Prometheus appeared in front of him and started to say emotionlessly, "Forces of Chaos have awoken from their slumber and once again seek the destruction of that which they do not understand. A child of Order and Chaos shall either stave off Chaos forever or allow Creation to fail forever this was a prophecy told since before time by Order itself. I a Child of Chaos who became a Child of Order will not allow hope to die. I will stand for life and so I can't allow for Civilization to fail I will not allow Chaos to prevail and destroy everything in its ignorance."

Prometheus became incensed with a burst of righteous anger before he calmed himself and continued, "Remember to keep this memory stone as the material used to create is the only one with the power to contain Chaos. I will await you in the next cycle successor."

Information flooded Calvis's head as he came to understand the knowledge the worm had given him before. He looked in the eyes of the worm and saw the Future when all creation had been snuffed. Indistinct creatures traveled in empty space without talking. In the future, the Creatures of Chaos won They had Eaten Civilization and killed Order.

Fear coursed through Calvis along with strange determination before he took the small stone and was inexplicably able to leave, his control of Chaos energy had grown.
