By now Lelouch vi Britannia has figured out that the Empire's current administration over Area 11 had a more sinister plan. They were going to eliminate everyone in the Ghetto and release whatever story they saw fit. They didn't want any witnesses, everyone was expendable.
The very idea sounded like it came from his half brother, Clovis, who was without a doubt an ineffective and selfish leader. His leadership and administration was corrupt, something that he would like to uproot and destroy. Little did he know was that his friend, Zach, had the same idea. Though considering how his friend was acting, and knowing his demeanor, Lelouch had a feeling he had a plan as well that aligned with his desires for a happy peaceful world.
Just like Zach remembered, this was motivation enough for Lelouch to realize how he could use the resistance as a way to obtain his goal, the obliteration of the Holy Britannian Empire.
With the pilot standing in front of him, staring into space, Zach would allow C.C. to stand on her own two feet before drawing his machine pistol and placing it against the pilot's forehead. "Gomenasai," just as the man was released from the Geass's control, he pulled the trigger.
TAKATAK.
The machine pistol made a distinctive sound as it resonated with the rest of the battlefield which was engulfing the area. Blood splattered outward as the pilot's head burst like a cherry bomb.
"It's time go to, Cera." Zach stated as he looked over at C.C. who's face lit up hearing her actual name be spoken. He knew her name from the character development sheet he'd seen on the web in his past life. At least he had always assumed that was her name. Though he could have tried calling her Cecilia, or Snow White. There were various names he could have chosen, but it seemed from her reaction, it was the right name.
"How do you know my name...?" She asked as she was a bit flustered, her eyes locked on the man whom she had made a contract with. How did he know about her in general? It didn't make sense to her, but he had accepted her contract without even hearing the rest of it.
She could only assume he knew more than he let on. He knew more than she had seen in his mind. What could he possibly know?
"Simple Deduction," he spoke in a teasing tone, it was an obvious lie, in which she only snickered to in response. She figured he wouldn't divulge the information, but she found herself not caring all that much of how he knew anything as long as he would grant her wish.
Pulling up his scarf to cover his mouth and nose, he then brought his hood over his head. Concealing his identity as a group of soldiers came around a corner due to the distinctive sound of the chinese pistol.
As they rounded the corner, they came to an instant hault. It just happened to be the Royal Guards from before.
"Ohohoh! So the terrorists are still here it seems!" The commander grinned widely until he noticed the geass symbol over the man's eye. "Wh-what the...?"
Squinting his eyes at them, their irises became surrounded by a red hued outline, much like the pilot from before. "Return to the Viceroy's Command Center, kill Clovis and everyone else inside, and then each other."
The demeanor of the soldiers suddenly changed with this command, all smiling smug and saluting the man. "Yes my Mastah!" They all responded and turned on their heels to return to the commander center.
Once they were gone, he turned to C.C. who was examining him from head to toe. She was curious of this man she had contracted with. "Why did you accept the contract so quickly without hesitation?"
"Because I've been waiting to get my hands on a Geass, why else?" The voice sounded cold, but there was plenty of feelings to bask in. There was admiration in his voice.
They were using one another, though the difference was, their wishes weren't exactly the same. Or at least that is what she is assuming. Her own wish to die, seemed to be a false.
She was looking for a reason to live. She needed a reason.
Taking the pilot's side arm, he placed it into his empty holster, and glanced over towards the mech which was making its way towards them. His eyes narrowed as he saw it taking aim, but it was under orders to obtain the female who was to close to him for them to open fire.
"Step away from the girl!" A voice boomed from the frame, its weapon ready to fire at any moment.
C.C. crossed her arms, wearing an indifferent unbothered expression on her face.
Giving them a simple glance, he used his geass once again, wincing slightly as he was draining his constitution to use this ability over and over again. "Remove yourself from the frame," he stated with a frown across his lips.
As the cockpit open a lone female with white hair and tan toned skin came sliding down the rope. She stood there with her eyes surrounded in red hues. "Villetta Nu reporting for duty!" She saluted the man who was standing before her as she walked up to the duo.
His frown turned upside down as she spoke and he nodded, knowing exactly who she is and who she was going to become. She was going to be a grand tool in the fall of Britannia, and a close friend to the Order of Black Knights which would be founded in the following days and weeks to come.
"Good Luck, Ms Nu," He stated as he'd walk over to her and whip her upside the head with his pistol. Sending her crashing to the ground unconscious, but not heavily hurt.
The two would then enter the knightmare frame cockpit and seal it after stripping the friend or foe transponder unit. They'd be virtually undetectable until they were seen conventionally. This made it easier to navigate.
Taking out his cellphone, with C.C. in his lap, he would call Lelouch who had been giving commands to the terrorist group which was fighting back against the Viceroy's forces.
"Zach? Have you cleared the Ghetto yet?"
"No, not yet. I've obtained a knightmare, can you give me the resistance frequency you got from Ka–that girl's coat?"
"You know her actual name?" Lelouch asked as he turned his head to the side as he glanced over the screens around him. Observing the movements of the knightmares belonging to Britannia.
"No?" Zach scoffed in response, lying again, though it was obvious. His tone was that of a tease, as if he wouldn't tell him, but he would find out soon enough.
"Then I'm not giving you the frequency," Lelouch hung up after giving an equally as sassy response, putting his phone away as he continued to give orders to his unknowing followers.
He shrugged at the response, Zach didn't seem affected by the whole being hung up on nor being denied. It was something that was typical with the man. Stubborn, intelligent, sister obsessed. He then moved the knightmare into another subway which lead into the neighboring ghetto which was just another district of the old Tokyo.
...
Several instants into the massacre of the Shinjuku Ghetto, the Royal Guards returned to the Viceroy's command station with their aerial unit. When they landed, the group of men exited the airship and walked over towards one of the soldiers guarding the entrance.
"We weren't aware of your return, do you have something to re–" The trooper was cut off when the Commander put a pistol to the man's head. And before he could draw his own weapon, the Commander pulled the trigger.
Everyone inside of the transport paused at what they were doing when they heard the gunshots outside. What was going on outside?! The fighting wasn't this close before!
The fighting outside went on for a few minutes, but since there was little security forces around, it didn't last for long. Despite this, most of the Royal guards involved in the onslaught had fallen to injury.
"What's the meaning of this?!" The armed officers within the viceroy's command center had their weapons out and at the ready with a handful of other soldiers.
Laughing aloud, the Royal Guard Commander spoke out with his weapon pointed towards them. "Prince Clovis, would you kindly die!?" The two men on either side of his flanks, opened fire.
Sadly the men were unable to take down many of them as those present took cover and returned fire. Within mere moments the skirmish was over and the royal guards had perished.
"What is going on here...?" Clovis sat down on his throne and face palmed, having seen his own men turn on him. Even try to kill him. He looked out towards the battlefield as those present began to disperse.
As they all left Clovis be, another soldier entered the command transport, admiring the work of the red clad soldiers who laid dead on the floor. A smug smirk forming over his lips as the lights within the transport went out.
No one would suspect a thing as they had left to investigate. 'I assume this is your work... Zach,' Lelouch thought to himself, praising his wayward childhood friend. 'I didn't see this coming.'
Just moments after Lelouch had entered the facility, the order to cease fire was given out by Clovis. The entire slaughter, massacre came to a quick end, just like how Zach remembered from the original alternate reality he knew.
Sparing the lives of the Resistance, more importantly, Kallen Kōzuki, a fellow half-japanese.
