Chương 75: What if anybody kidnaps you?
Sky rubbed her nose bridge, "Who will finish all these files on my table?"
"It will be boring to go alone." Loran pouted and scrunching his brows.
"Do you want to check out recreation area here?" Sky suggested another idea.
Loran took a few seconds to think and respond. "Done but what I can do alone there?"
Sky glared at him supporting her head by her hand, "Scallywag! Why don't you tell me directly to stop working and accompany you out?"
Loran grinned ear to ear and pulled her out with the fob.
"Wait, let me take my mobile." Sky tried to pull her hand off from his grip.
"We will come back soon. Use mine if you want."
Once they exited her office door, Loran instructed to Andy, "Hey Andy, call my number if anything crops up."
Assistant Lilly who stood up to greet, dumbfounded to see Sky being pulled away. Loran was taller and he was taking long strides. Sky almost ran behind him.
"Sure" by the time they heard Andy's response, they reached the elevator.
Sky kicked his leg, "Give me your mobile."
After taking his mobile, she texted Jai and returned his mobile after checking his mobile wallpaper.
"You guys look lovely together." Sky saw Loran and his girlfriend picture.
Loran blushed and checked his mobile. "Thank you, sister Sky."
Loran drove the car and Sky took the shotgun seat after warning him not to drive faster.
Loran kept on praising the car performance and drove without any destination in mind.
After some time Loran noticed a BMW in the rearview mirror again and again even after he took consecutive turns.
With suspicions, He took a smaller road and noticed the same car again. Even though they kept some distance, he can tell they were following them.
Sky noticed him checking the rearview mirror, again and again, she questioned him. "What's wrong Loran?"
"Nothing" Loran didn't want to scare her.
Later he managed to leave them in the traffic signal. He sighed and drove normally. But regretted that he couldn't see the car number.
They had reached quite a far distance, so they routed to the office.
"Sister Sky, Do you drive alone always?" Loran tried his best to sound casual.
"Yes." She replied nonchalantly.
"Wow, sister. You are a very daring woman." Loran didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
Sky didn't get to know why he said it, she raised her brow and watched him.
"Sister Sky, Expensive car and a beauty. What if anybody kidnaps you?" Loran said in seriousness.
Sky burst into laughter, "Loran, You acting is improving."
She left Loran speechless. He had an urge to strangle her.
'Let me talk to Jai first. He will analyze better.' Loran thought to himself.
After crossing a few intersections, Loran again noticed the same type of car but he wasn't sure.
He pulled right and parked the car. And he checked the rearview mirror.
Sky got confused, "What happened? Why did you park here?"
"Oh Sorry, I have to make a call." Loran gave an excuse.
The car which he felt like following went ahead. He sighed.
"Aren't you calling? Why are you behaving weirdly?" Sky noticed his panic state.
