Fee speech is always productive. Free demonstrations are always productive.
They just test and prove that the Constitution, that the Democracy are alive. That's all there is to it.
The international practice shows, that while all the freaks around do enjoy their rights - you may still use these rights whenever it's really important.
And when some freaks aren't free to enjoy their rights already - the chances are you'll have to apply a lot of force - deadly force may be - to use these rights when you really need 'em.
