Besides visualisation there is also subliminals that can work as a tool to activate the brain chemicals. Subliminals are hidden audio or visual messages that you aren't supposed consciously notice, but reseive them subconsciously. It is said that if your subconsciousnes believes something is true, it makes it true. Our subconscious mind is not that good at differentating between real and false, and that's exactly what makes it usefull.
I go and search for subliminals with wanted effects and notice that some of them are obviously fake. People can't grow wings just like that! But some of the subliminals follow the rules of possibilities. I start listening to one that makes my hair longer and blonder. In the description there reads that results take two months to show and even then only the start of the changes are seen. By hair growth it means that the speed of my hairs growing will be doupled or even tripled.
Under the water noices coming from my headphones, i can hear monotonic womans voice. As long as i don't understand what she is saying, this should work.
The day goes on with me listening the subliminals and imagining all the amazing possibilities on how to make myself better. Someday i might even reach a state that others would call perfection, but i know nothing is perfeckt and i can always improve beyond what is considered possible.
While grinning and fantazising by myself, suddenly my math teacher asks while pointing at the board
" Bella can you solve this problem?". I then stare at that board where there reads '√36 +2^2='. Oh lucky me it's easy one and i answer: " 10". Teacher replies: "Correct", and then continues to explain further.
It always feels good to be right.
School ends and i am on my way to home. "skipeti skip skip!" : I say to speed up my walking. Random words sure can have a very interesting effect on peoples actions and state of mind. There have been experiments that has shown that people can get better at activities if someone encourages them, but also worse if discouraged. That is why i often tend to use the most positive and delicious words. :)
Delicious word as in something that gives the same type of happy feeling when heard , as when your eating something tasty. Good example would be the word ' delightfull'.
At home i prepare for tomorrow, that is going to be fun day i hope. I shall keep this cool dress on tomorrow too.
I go to bed and start imagining a 'what if' scenario where i am a beautifull celebrity.
