Arata was invisible as he sat on the windowsill in Kokoro's room. When Arata left Miyu and Ryota to their lovey-dovey stuff, he ran to Kokoro's room to check up on her. What he was greeted with was a bleeding pile of bones and meat sitting in the middle of the beautiful, dark room.
He sighed as he cursed Ryota in his mind for leaving such a big mess.
Arata transformed into his human form (who knew Arata could do that? definitely not me 😚 😝)
A brilliant light appeared and what replaced the fox was a tall man with flowing white hair which shined like the stars in the sky whenever the light hit it. It's beautiful gold eyes glittered like gold and his lips puckered up with the color of fresh strawberries. He seemed to outshine both women and men and he gave off an aura of otherworldiness. He was currently naked expect for a small piece of fabric tied around his waist. His snow-white skin turned even purer as the moon light hit it. He was lean with very profound abs showing. He was the perfect "person." Sadly, this "man" was a fox. More specifically, Arata.
Arata picked Kokoro's head up and laid it on his knee so that she was a an angle. He pulled a pill out of his piece of space, which was another realm that was available to guardians only. No one knew about this, unless the guardian tells their master. Few guardians do, because they enjoy having a little secret that their masters don't know about. Or they just don't want their masters taking advantage of it.
Arata has a different reason why he hasn't told Miyu about his piece of space.
Arata fed Kokoro the pill and soon enough, all of her wounds began to fade away, with only blood and memories left behind.
The pill was a very skillfully made healing pill, and only around fifty are left in this world. Arata, luckily, was able to get a hand on a couple of them a long while ago. The only reason why he is using it instead of saving it is because he cared for his master. He cared for her very deeply. And he would never go against his master's mother's words and would never break his promise for him.
He cleaned up Kokoro and laid her on the bed gently. He washed the carpet and added a nice flowery scent to the room to make it seem like not a single thing happened that night.
When he finished, he transformed back into his animal form, his small one, and walked into the night. Back to his favorite part in the forest, where the water trickled and the insects sung, making a beautiful lullaby for Arata to sleep to.
