Miyu cleared her throat, "Can you get me a uniform for school? My father most likely won't buy me one, even if the royals request me to go to school. He'd force me to go to school without a uniform so I would be a laughing stock. He wouldn't waste money on me."
Ryota nodded, "Sure, I'll get you one."
Inside his head he was thinking, 'She'll be so cute with a uniform on, I can already imagine it!'
Miyu was oblivious to his thoughts, currently thinking about something else, "Hey, where is Arata?"
Ryota was brought back to reality with these words, "Huh, I don't really know."
Miyu sighs, "I think I know where he is."
Ryota looked at her, wondering why she looked so disappointed, "Where?"
*****
Miyu walked down the path, Ryota skipped behind her. She tried to ignore him but his happiness and feelings we're bombarding her thoughts and she couldn't think straight. She turned around abruptly, "Can you tone down your feelings, he hurts my head!"
Ryota stopped moving and looked at her incredulously, "What, why?"
Miyu sighed, "It's one of my gifts. No one's discovered it yet. It's anything about the mind. I can feel feelings or even thoughts, and I can control the mind. I don't like doing it, though, so I barely have any strength in mind control. But I am fairly skilled at reading emotions or thoughts, so your large emotions and really affecting me!"
Ryota gave a dazed expression, "Wow, that's cool. I want to learn how to do that, you're so lucky!"
Miyu sighed and turned around. She continued to walk down the path, "Not really lucky. I don't like controlling people or seeing their thoughts. All I can see is how disappointed people are in me or how much they hate me. It's not that great."
Ryota neared her, "Well, you can see my thoughts. I think you're great! I'm so happy that I have a wife like you!"
Miyu blushed and covered her face, "Stop it, you're embarrassing."
Ryota grinned, making his handsome face even more handsome, "I love you so much, wifey!"
He hugged her from behind. She didn't struggle, already used to his touch.
"Thanks."
