Chương 7: Getting Closer
"What is this bet!?" Xiao Ling was angry so she, smash the contract to his desk.
"It's like a game I want to play. It's on the contract you can't back off. It's not my fault if you didn't read it carefully." he smirks.
Clark wants this opportunity to be close with Xiao Ling. After he said that he that night she is his woman. She knows she has no choice so she agreed,
"Fine, if I fall in love with you I'm your woman, if not stop pestering me anymore.
"Deal!" immediately answer as he stands up. Tomorrow will be Xiao Ling first day of work.
When she arrived at her house, She can't control herself of anger.
"Uhhh! WHY HIM!? A-AND... THE BET!?". In several second, She goes to bed then, she thought that she needs to accept this job for her dad who is in prison. Xiao Ling really loves her dad cause when her Mom died. Her father raised her all by himself so she needs to pay him back for what he did after so many years...
Next day, She arrived at the company as. She quickly goes in Clark Ming office to ask for his schedule. "Knock! Knock!" Clark Ming said,
"Yes come in". As she walks in she saw in front of her a beautiful face of Clark Ming. As the Light From the window hits perfectly at his face. Xiao Ling blush for the second cause of his handsome face.
"Cough!...Cough!" Clark fakes it as he notices she was staring at him at the moment.
"Have you seen enough?" Clark asks with the devilish smile at his face.
"No! I-I'm not" XiaoXiao snap back to reality. she looks back and answered him immediately.
"You wish!" she thinks.
XiaoXiao was really blushing cause of his handsome face. Then, she asked for his schedule. When she already knows his schedule Clark shows her desk.
"you will be working here from now on." she nods him. She starts working. In Lunchtime, She was asked to get Clark Ming food. As she gets his food he goes to Clark.
"Mr. Ning here's your lunch." she gave him the lunch she brought for him.
"Nope, I don't want that".
"Huh? then what do you want?" when Xiao Ling says that, Clark Ming suddenly grab her arm and pull her to him. Now, Xiao Ling is sitting on his lap. She was blushing for a second she was getting pulled.
"I WANT YOU!" Clark Ming suddenly grabs her hand and pull her to him. Xiao Ling notices that she was sitting in his lap. then, Clark kissed her. As he kisses her so hard that XiaoXiao can't breathe. He put his hand on her legs getting higher and he kisses her down as he reached her collarbone. Xiao Ling was moaning a little. XiaoXiao pushes him and stands up.
"Hey wh-why did you that!?" she was breathing heavily cause she can't take it anymore
"why you said you ask me on what I want right?" he answered her with a smirk on his face.
"crap! I shouldn't have asked him!" she said on her mind.
"beside you seems to be enjoying it when you look at your face when I kissed you," he said with a devilish chuckle.
"I-I..a-am not!" she said that with bursting angry face. To be honest, Xiao Ling really expected more but she had her own dignity.
"All right you can get out now. Or YOU WANT TO STAY?" she smirks while saying that.
"No thanks!" she gets out with an annoyed feeling.
"hmm.... not bad," Clark says while Xiao Ling leaves the room.
XiaoXiao was annoyed all day cause of what happened earlier. When Xiao Ling finishes her work she immediately fixes her thing. Suddenly Clark appeared in front of her
"I'll take you home!" Clark offered to drive her home. but XiaoXiao refused to take his offer. to avoid awkwardness she runs to the exit and leaves. Clark notices that she was avoiding him. since it's time to go home. Clark wants to go home too.
When he's driving back to his mansion she sees XiaoXiao so he followed her.
