Chương 25: Sweet as sugar cane
As we start baking I go to the back and start kneading the dough. I wipe my face because of sweat and then continue. Luca walks by and he wipes my face. "Try not to eat the dough." He says and chuckles. " it's called I wiped my face,jerk" I say and laugh. "Ah, you kneading it wrong." He says. He hovers over me and his arms are touching mine, and grabs my hands and kneads it for me.
"LUCA!!be a dear and get more liners for the cupcakes?!" Leanne yells across the room. "I better go... I'll see you at the all tonight." He says. I start kneading like he taught me. Then I put chocolate chips in it and put it in the oven. I take the pan out and display the cookies at the front. "So, your a Rose?" Leanne says. Also, why does she care? "Yeah? Why?" I say.
"Look, how about we come to a wager? Whoever Luca chooses wins, the other has to leave school." She says. "Are you sure you wanna do this with me? I'm pretty sure I know him more than you so..." I reply. "Otherwise, Deal." I add.
I can't help but feel like I'm in last year again. Except I'm in Lucas please as he is in mine. I had to choose last year and now he gets to choose this year.
