"Wh-what is that light?" A man vocalized looking at 4 Times Square with wide eyes of astonishment and shock.

The same questions were passing through the minds of everyone around walking by the building.

The odd thing about this brilliance of light, however, was that it couldn't be stopped by the buildings or whatnot as it directly passed through them as it came out visible from the other side of the building too. This ensured that as long as the wave of shine proceeded, everyone would be capable of spotting it!

And because of this, even people who were in a rather long distance from 4 Times Square building in New York were able to witness this mysterious and incomprehensible light which made one realize the difference by a simple gaze.

This also instantly alarmed many officials of high positions in both the city itself and the entire country as a whole!
