One day,the high school was buzzing apparently there was supposed to be a new girl coming. Rumours quickly spread on how she was moved from school to school because of her behaviour. People had already started to admire and hate her before she even stepped into school. That girl was Joy. You see I was the funny,cool,laid back boy who was everyone's best friend/crush. The news of a new person interested me and I wanted to meet her. Sadly she didn't even come to school on time. huh really Joy?
The class was all settled down and we were in the middle of home room/tutor. This was when a tall,caramel skinned girl stormed in, dominating the classroom.Her ebony hair swung side to side as she walked to the front of the class with her non-school hoodie on. Everyone was amazed,girls were jealous and boys were falling in love. How could they not? With a loud sharp voice she introduced herself;
' Hi,my name's Joy but you guys should call me J'
The last part sounded threatening so everyone obeyed. Everyone but....who'd you guess...me!
Luckily for her the only remaining seat was next to me and that was where our love/hate relationship started. Of course I knew she thought nothing of me but as the annoying boy who keeps calling her Joy and cracking dead jokes, but it still felt nice to be noticed by her.
