Chương 7: The King Finds Out

As soon as the words he's my father came out of Leo's mouth, Isabella sprinted to her brother. She had no choice but share this information with her brother, the King. But the entire time Leo was feeling so anxious, he didn't know if this was good or bad news. "What's going to happen to me?" Isabella slowed down for Leo to catch up and she told him in a slightly panicked voice. "You'll become the next Guardian of Wistcopia of course, but becoming a guardian takes years of practice. I saw with my own eyes how your father trained hard everyday since he was a child." Still running, Leo asked.

"How old are you?" If Isabella watched her father when he was a child, she must be older than him by years. "I am 132 oplans old, 13 in human years. Humans evolve and grow slower than Wistcopians. Here in Wistcopia time is faster than Earth, 5 minutes in your time could be only 5 seconds here. But I haven't taken rawology, it's an optional subject we take to study about the Earth. If we are lucky and study hard, you can even go to Earth to battle in war. But every since your medieval wars were over, Wistcopians haven't been very useful in battles so we stopped visiting." This was too much for Leo. "But what if I live in Earth and visit Wistcopia. If i come back to Earth won't I just die." Running faster, keeping the conversation going and getting closer to the King's Chambers. "That's not how it works. If you leave Earth as a 17 year old and become a billion Oplans years old and go back to Earth you would go back to the same age as you left. Or you could just go back to the same time you left but become a day older, of course this is dangerous and uses up a lot of tams."

Before she could even start explaing what a tam is, they had arrived at the King's Chambers. Leo was about to politely knock on the door but Isabella had already pushed the door open. Before the King was about to protest and yell at the intruder until he realised it was his sister. "Hey sis, can't believe you would actually visit me." Before he could continue speaking, Isabella raised her hand gesturing him to shut up. She then stood back and gestured Leo to step forward. Leo slowly took a stop forward with each step, his heat had already beaten 3 times. He felt as if he was gonna explode, when he finally reached close to the King he said. "The guardian is my dad."
